Well they are hypocrites and get away with it because they have the national media on their side who does not point out their inconsistencies like good journalist should .
I stop watching the national media because of that fact. I can't remember how many time I see a Democrat talking pure BS on facts and their is no challenge or refuting from the interviewer. It is the same mentality why Bill Clinton can criticize Bush for commuting Libby for obstruction of justice when he himself was convicted of the same crime and served no time, but unfortunately no journalist would point that out to him.

Love it!!! Great points!! There hypocrisies do not end with the people though. Look at their issues . . .
Dems: Abortion is okay if the woman says so; if the man doesn't want the child - he's a dead beat dad, and is forced to pay for it.
Truly Conservative Repubs: Abortion = murder
Dems: Tax the wealthy to pay for social programs.
Tax more to pay for social programs.
Repubs: Create a flat tax so that there is an incentive to become wealthy.
keep tax breaks
Dems: Social Security should be mandated and controlled by the government
Repubs.: put the people's money back into their hands.
Dems: Big business is bad, and should be penalized; yet we need to complain about how all of the jobs are leaving the country.
Repubs: Big business is our nations foundation, and we should allow people to strive to develop and grow their own businesses. loosen restrictions and fees to keep the jobs here.
It's sad . . .

Well written. Bush knew what he was getting into with the Libs and the Media both competing to prove who hates him the most. I have a picture saved on my computer of Bush flipping off the press when he was the Governor of Texas. This journalist kept heckling him so he looked right in the camera, gave the guy the finger and said "You know what that is? It's the One-Finger peace salute"
I love that man.
Redefeat Communsim in 2008.
Vote Republican.

I don't know, but I thank God everyday that they have absolutely no political power in this right-tilted country. They have no say - I don't even respond to those insects. Things have been getting better everyday since 1981 (minus the eight years of Clinton) He did some good though, he did push NAFTA through. This made it even easier for us conservatives to support big business. Deregulate, deregulate, deregulate!!!! **** the FDA - let's just get some drugs out there so we can make money! Let's get rid of all agencies! Go capitalism! Go conservatism! Screw social security and all that other New Deal commie bullshit. Get rid of the regulations so that my companies can get richer. I promise I'll let some trickle down from my trough.

As I have learned from observing two very liberal neighbors of mine, they have this thing within that tells them they are above the fray, yet qualified in every aspect of society to dictate how things should work. They feel as though they are the true ones for which the Bill of Rights was written and it is given unto them to make whatever changes necessary to raise their voice, while shutting out voices who do not agree. Talking with these guys is like visiting an insane asylum and I have come to the conclusion that their thinking is muddled, even incoherent, and they are missing something mentally. They do not possess the ability for logical, common sense approaches to solving problems. They, most assuredly, consider them self to be the elite.

Redstate randy- Good stuff!
Wow, not sure what else to add, you did a marvelous job in question set up and execution. Lib's are a bunch of whinny cry babbies who pander to Soro's and his billions. Believe the UN should run America and we should just hand over our paychecks to the Gov. because they can spend it better than we can. I bet it irritated libs every where that the country celebrates Independence day once a year. I hope everyone had a happy 4th of July!

You sure got yourself all fired up on that little rant didn't ya.
I'm sure your fellow fascist, albeit on the opposite side of the argument, Michael Moore is very very proud of you. Yell really loud...ignore any educated or balanced interpretation of history or facts...just say nothing...but say it REALLY LOUDLY and with conviction...and you'll sound like you're actually making a valid point. It's worked for Michael Moore for years...why not you right??
This type of silly, self-congratulatory, finger pointing is an embarrassment to true conservatives everywhere who don't need to stoop to this level in order to feel their ideology is correct. But I'm guessing you see yourself as more of a "neo-con" than a boring, old-fashioned real conservative...right?
Also, I noticed that nearly every one of your statements is just short enough to fit on one of those over-sized belt buckles you "red-staters" like to wear. Is that just coincidence...or is nature playing some cruel joke on you...and you're not even in on the punchline? Nature can be so cruel sometimes.
This is WAY TOOOO easy!!!

everbody sees things differently, my opinion is as legit as yours. i don't like clinton, but i like bush as much, which means i don't like him. as for his service in the guard, 5 yrs is great. the commitment however is six. he is no better than clinton in that regard. two draft dodgers, regardless of party.
this country is based on two party politics. republicans have always been pro big business and democrats have always been geared to the working class. you may define it differently, but that is the way it is.
i listen to hannity and limbaugh, and they always have something negative to say about anybody who disagrees. they pretty much foam at the mouth at anybody democratic, or they demean them in some way, stupid, unpatriotic, etc.
have your own opinion, but don't belittle me if i disagree with you. you are doing the same thing that you accuse the "libs" of. what are you doing positive?
when i was in the army, we used to say that there were two ways to get a promotion, start soldiering and improve yourself, or tear the other guy down in some way. hmmmm, which are you doing?

You clearly are brainwashed by Sean Hannity. As a Libertarian, I think I can take an objective view. Clinton is gone. Bush is here. Clinton was a vastly superior president based on performance alone. Bush has 25% approval rating. Bush fired his prosecutors because they would not pursue fraudulent charges against Democrats. Bush lied to the American public to start a war, and then refused to change course. Bush granted clemency to Libby for obstruction of justice, even though the Justice Department has been very tough on similar cases. We have a record national debt and trade deficit because of Bush's tax-cut and spend policy. We now are mortgaged to the hilt to the Chinese. Bush has abused executive power, taken away civil rights and due process of prisoners, continually put incompetent people in executive positions, and has mis-managed everything since he took office. Clinto got oral.

What's important to note is they get away with this because of the mainstream press. The press will make a front page story out of Abu Grahib (because it fits their perception of America is REALLY the evil country) for months, but will not show or describe the mutilation of American soldiers by terrorists.
