After 4 years of World War 2, no American were getting killed from bullets or bombs, yet theres been thousands of Americans killed after 4 years of the Iraq war. That's a simple fact. What will it take for conservatives to end this senseless war?

First of all, I live in Northern Ireland, I'm 18 and I have never been in trouble with the police before. I have a provisional driving licence.

For a joke I moved this persons car from the front of my college to a car park quite literally around the corner. When we were leaving class my friend gave me his keys and said "Go and move his car for a joke" or words to that effect. For a couple of minutes he couldnt find his car, but then I gave him his keys back and told him where his car was.

I genuinely thought he would find it funny (everyone else did) but unfortunately that was not the case. He went to the police and is claiming I stole his car and took it for a joyride. Rather than wait for the police to come to me, I went into the police station and explained to them what happened. They where quite nice about it and I have a formal interview on Wednesday.

Any advice would be really appreciated, Thanks :)

Why do you liberal's want our troops to come back home? Is it because there's too much of our troops getting killed? But in any war there's always going to be casualty's right? Or is it because it is a pointless war to stop terrorist that claimed they had WMD's? Or is it because of oil? If so why a few monthes ago our troops blew up a oil refinery? If we do get a Democrat president he's going to bring our troops back home. But then most likely there's going to be another attack on the U.S.A. then what? Are going to have to go to war again.

I'm trying to figure out what is going on here....A lady left a message on my house machine last nite just saying her name and number and that she had sent me a few letters to try to get in touch....I haven't received any letters but she has my name and phone number...she didn't say anything about herself but I found out online that she is a lawyer that works in a law office in Cleveland (I don't know anyone from Cleveland and it is about 2 1/2 hrs away), and I could not find any cases that she was listed on. Anyone know why she would be contacting me?

I took out a $500 payday loan with with repayment terms of 6 payments. I was a day late with making that payment and now they are telling me I must pay the balance in full by Monday or I will be prosecuted for passing bad checks, it was my understanding that they were not allowed to do that unless the check came back on a closed account (which it is not). I am trying to the best of my ability to pay these people everything I can, which is slightly more than the agreed upon payment, and that isn't good enough for them, is there anything that can be done?

The recent sting operation by a TV channel brings forth the dangers of collusion between prosecution and defence lawyers to dilute a case favouring a rich accused. This is actually happening all over India and the poor litigants are the sufferers. Cases involving the rich are not put forward for hearing for decades together. Policemen along with defence and prosecution lawyers try to dilute cases. They harass the poor victims. A case involving a corporate executive, who planned a murder of a rival. though decades old, is still to come for hearing. Builders with the help of both lawyers delay the hearing of cases filed by flat purchasers. Victims suffer a lot financially and mentally and at last withdraw cases.
