My significant other was with my son in JC Pennys the other day when my boy fell into a cabinet and got a cut right next to his eye, less than a quarter inch from it.

Now, the cabinet is supposed to have glass in the front, but they removed it so that customers may have easy access to the jewelery. The cabinet has mirrors and selves that make it look like theres glass, but its missing. It took me a minute to find the cabinet.

What gets me is that my child isnt the first kid to be hurt by this display and my main argument. An employee told me about another boy hitting his head on the flourescent lighting inside and cutting his head and shattering the bulbs. The glass selves are not tempered glass, which seems to be real dangerous because I know windows on doors and coffee tables have to be tempered by law.

Any advice would help, also if so what could I seek in damages? If I were to sue and win, could I set it up to where my ex and I cant touch the money, that it be held for him?

Who does Paris Hilton think she is? Above the law? She had three chances to abide by the rules. SHE BROKE THE LAW. I don't care who, she is. SHE BROKE THE LAW. If the Governor of California, gives her a pardon, what a disgrace to him, society and those who have lost loved ones to drunk drivers. She is not being used, as an example. Many have driven drunk, and many have paid the consequences when caught. She is no different. She was caught, breaking the law. She needs to be punished, just like the rest of those, who break the law. She is looked upon, by younger teens, as a role model. Its not her fault, that her and those who look upon her, parents are totally clueless. Put mommy in prison with her then. Her mother is screaming foul. What justice, would there have been, if Paris would of drove drunk and killed an innocent person? Report me all you want. She was wrong. Admit it.

That's what Henry Ford thought. It was part of the philosophy behind the way we conduct business today. Was he right?

I'm considering joining the military, but I don't know what branch/part (ARMY, ARMYgaurd, Marines, AirForce, Air National Gaurd ect...) I think that I want to do ANG the most, but I'm not really sure what the pros and cons, facts and deatails about any, I have done some research, and spoke with some recruiters, but they seem to only tell you about their branch. Maybe someone can tell me how they compare...rather than one persons opinion on one particular section.

U.S. popularity has plunged across much of the world amid mounting perceptions that the United States is running roughshod over other nations and doing too little to help poor countries.

The trend is particularly acute across the Muslim world, where growing numbers of people see the anti-terror campaign as a way for the United States to bully its Islamic foes.

Growing anti-Americanism could make it increasingly difficult for leaders of democratic nations to support controversial U.S. initiatives, such as President Bush's call for assertive action against Iraq. It also threatens the stability of autocratic regimes that back U.S. policies.

In some cases American Popularity has fallen by 30% with countries that are allies.

Here is what I expect

Have a working knowledge of the English launguage if you can only speak French move to Quebec or New Brunswick

If you can't speak English you endanger lives in the work place You must be able to give and recieve instruction in the native toungue of the nation or you should not have a job as you may hurt or kill yourself or others - because you can't speak the lauguage - it does not matter a dam how qualified you are if you can't communicate you are a danger to others in the work place END OF STORY

Do not bring your wars and other disputes to my country - We have our own I don't care about yours - If you bring your wars to my nation you are a danger to the public
If you have a religion that prohibits you from wearing a certain style of uniform Do not apply for that job and expect the rules to change
Do not refer to your old nation as your country
"In my country we did this or that"
If Canada isn't your nation you belong "at home" go there

I am wondering how much the '08 presidential candidates are estimated to spend on their campaigns. Individual costs? Average costs? Total costs (all parties).

And how do these figures compared to '04 expenditures?

Thanks, this is really interesting.

My school is hosting elections, and i don't know what to do. I would like to run for either vice or president. I would perfer president, but i don't know if i should actually run for that. A week ago we held elections for a different thing, and i ran for VP, but i lost. Now if i want to run for president I will be running against the person who beat me. (but a dif. group of people will vote) along with running against her i will be running against a best friend. If i run for VP i will also run against a best friend, but it is a greater chance of winning. Which should i run for?

Do you support President Bush overall? What I am askign is not, do you agree on some things and not on others, but do you support what he stands for? If you are divided, say, anti-gay but anti-iraq, weigh the values and pick one. Do you support him? If no, why not? If you changed, why did you change? If you DO support him, please prove WHY you arent a moron! Sorry, but all Bushies Ive met ARE morons. Also, who do you think is best to Inherit his mess and clean it up and why do you think that (can be either blue or red candidate)?

This is also the reason bush attacked iraq saying they turned their backs on the will of the world.

Well, The terrorist state of israel has done the same. They murder and kill innocent civilians AND the UN has demanded they stop attacking but they havent. Let me name some of the terrorist attacks commited by israel:

VIOLATIONS OF UN RESOLUTIONS: Israel has violated 28 resolutions of the United Nations Security Council (which are legally binding on member-nations), and almost 100 resolutions of the United Nations General Assembly (which are not binding, but represent the will and understanding of the international community). And Israel is now in violation of the advisory opinion of the International Court of Justice of 2004, condemning the separation wall Israel is building throughout the occupied West Bank

So my question is that even though the terror state of israel is our allie, shouldnt the US show that nobody is immune from justice? Dont u love double standards
