maybe. it depends on the circumstances and if it is under seal.

if it is public, the county courthouse should have the info.

depends obviously...if its a public inquest...then anyone can access it...if it's an inquest into someones death..and it's family...and it hasn't been made public...then they have the right to see any information/documents.......

not public info while there is a court proceeding the only time it will be available is when the legal issues have been resolved.

In UK contact the office of HM.Coroner there is one in all areas.
