Who Said "I did not inhale" Bush or Clinton?

Me and a friend are debating on who said this..

Bill Clinton said "No" in response when asked if he had ever smoked marijuana. Later, a friend with whom he attended college stepped foward and claimed that he did in fact smoke marijuana. In response to that accusation, he replied "When I was in England, I experimented with marijuana a time or two, and I didn't like it. I didn't inhale and never tried it again."

Now come on, he must have been high right then as well. Thats like saying, "I ate dinner, but I didn't swallow."

Clinton, and being cigar smoker he most likely didn't do general definition of inhale, or definition of the day when people tried to suck the smoke down to their toes.

When Bush was asked if he'd ever done cocaine his answer amounted to "not in the past 15 years". If you'd NEVER done cocaine would that be your answer?

It doesn't matter! What does matter is that the current Chimp-in-Chief, Dubya, spent 20 years virtually mainlining Jack Daniels through an I.V. Long term alcoholism destroyed his brain, that is assuming he ever had one to start with.
