This is also the reason bush attacked iraq saying they turned their backs on the will of the world.
Well, The terrorist state of israel has done the same. They murder and kill innocent civilians AND the UN has demanded they stop attacking but they havent. Let me name some of the terrorist attacks commited by israel:
VIOLATIONS OF UN RESOLUTIONS: Israel has violated 28 resolutions of the United Nations Security Council (which are legally binding on member-nations), and almost 100 resolutions of the United Nations General Assembly (which are not binding, but represent the will and understanding of the international community). And Israel is now in violation of the advisory opinion of the International Court of Justice of 2004, condemning the separation wall Israel is building throughout the occupied West Bank
So my question is that even though the terror state of israel is our allie, shouldnt the US show that nobody is immune from justice? Dont u love double standards

1. ILLEGAL ACQUISITION OF LAND BY FORCE: Israel annexes land taken by force during the 1967 war (East Jerusalem and Golan Heights) (laws & principles violated, international response).
2. FORBIDDING CIVILIANS THE RIGHT TO RETURN TO THEIR HOMES FOLLOWING THE END OF ARMED CONFLICT: Israeli government enacts laws, and employs its military to keep Palestinian Arab civilians from returning to their homes following the end of fighting in the occupied territories in 1967. Israel then violates UN resolutions ordering them to respect Palestinian's right to return to their homes (laws & principles violated, international response).
3. ILLEGAL POPULATION TRANSFER: Israel settles Israeli citizens in hundreds of Israeli settlements on occupied Palestinian land (laws & principles violated, international response).
4. ILLEGAL MODIFICATION OF LOCAL LAW: Israel radically modifies local law following 1967 occupation beyond what is allowable under international law

Israel does not practice apartheid. Every Israeli citizen has full and equal rights under Israeli law, and there are Christian and Islamic members of the Knesset. As for the UN, Israel was officially a racist state from 1975-91, when a Nazi war criminal was Sec Gen. Anti-Semitism (ie Jew-hatred) is the only form of ethnic hatred the UN doesn't condemn. The UN condemns Israel on a regular basis, but says nothing about Sudan, Rwanda, China, Lybia, Cuba, Syria, Saudi--some of which sit on the UN Human Rights Committee. (How's that for irony?) Oh, and it took the UN 60 years to recognize the Holocaust. I would never use the UN as a credible source for anything.

Nobody obeys UN resolutions. UN resolutions don't have the force of law. Certainly the USA would never 'need a permission slip' to do or refrain from doing anything. What the questioner probably doesn't know is that every country in the middle east except Iran was established by the western powers either after WW1 or WW2 either by the League of Nations or the United Nations. Jordan was established only a year before Israel. No problem there. I suppose that the gripe is that Israel has Jews, and the arab states supported the Germans in WW2. I suspect the arabs just weren't well disposed toward a people that supported the allies. After the establishment of Israel five arab armies attacked Israel, but more over all of these state drove out every Jew in those same Arab states. Maybe all of this never should have happened, but that's the nature of war. Pick a side. The last point is that the 'christian' Europeans saw the establishment of Jewish state as a way of establishing a 'reservation' for Jews since killing them was suddenly not considered socially smooth. Lot's of moving parts to this question, but overall, I have to go with Israel since they don't plan on flying aircraft into buildings in the USA.

they don't read the whole question but come to assume that Muslims hate jewish people..... you are right there is a double slandered there. The reason being that Israel is the only Ally USA has got there.. India is still developing and the most they would do is have a war with Pakistan. China is not going to war after all thats happened to them in WW2. Israel is the only nation that is there ally and not Muslim... US is basically USA and they let Israel go on with what ever the hell they want...

another side of the matter you may do not know
prayiing at aqsa mosque in jerusalem is absolutely controlled by israeli .although it is an arabic area moslems cant pray at aqsa mosque.abu dis is a jerusalem village 3km from jerusalem they are not allowed in
el3eizreyeh 4km from jerusalem
3anata
beit 7anina
these are jerusalem villages
as well as all those behind the (fence as israeli call it) 8 meters high wall where cameras control those are not allowed to enter jerusalem
that if we are talking about praying
the wall by no means is seperating israel from west bank
it surround the palestinian populatred areas taking as much land as possible even dividing in many cases one single road all along one side (populated) bounded by wall
not one inch is in israeli side
just recall the red indian example
cases that could be called are 100s
it is no matter of united nation resolution its matter of inhuman acts
like what yup said and those who follow the same line
west would run after those lies accepting it in order to give some morphine injection to minds other wise if looking to facts as a human you will be surpised of how world could be that cruel
fence
self defense
palestinian terror
pally wood
while in fact
it is a nuclear country
attacking others
killing countless number of civillians
dropping pombs on civil targets
even shelling peacefull demonstrations
blocking way of prayers
having endless guantinamoes
many are just taken from home with no reason
keeping them as hostiges
land confiscating
kicking pple of their land
blowing up houses
and here we are not talking about numbers of one to ten
itys 4 million refugees
one million is killed since the 37
10000 houses
11000 prisoners
30000 disabled

Well said.
Also expelled a large number of ethnic Arabs from lands it claimed in 1967, demolished a few villages in the West Bank and over 100 in the Golan Heights. This is known as ethnic cleansing, which under international law, though not under common usage, is tantamount to genocide.

First, because of all the lobbyists pushing Israeli agenda and secondly, the administration does not want to be called anti-Semitic. That phrase, for some reason, strikes fear in a great many people's heart. You've asked the same questions that have been asked heavily for a long time. But, you and any one who agrees with you, will be called "anti Semitic" just because of a legitimate question of hypocrisy

If you do not understand how the USA foreign policy is made in the Middle East its high time you do. American foreign policy is formulated by 3 lobbyist : The Israeli lobby , The Oil lobby and The Arab Kings lobby. The American foreign policy in Middle East has nothing to do with democracy nor the interest of the American people at large. Its the interest of the 3 lobbyist groups i mentioned.

It's funny how a lot of people jump straight to saying you're an anti-semite or a Jew hater if you criticize Israel. If you hate Bush does that make you a Christian hater? Israel's little game has gone way beyond religion, and the Israelis know it. Unlike the holocaust, there are actually REASONS to hate the Jewish Israelis for what they're doing.
And to answer your question, the U.S. is pretty much run by Jews who support Israel. I would be worried if I was living in the U.S. since most decisions made by those who are in power are mostly in favor for Jewish people and the welfare of Israel. Also, Israel has adopted a very U.S. like culture and way of thinking, using words and phrases such as 'war on terror' and "right of self-defense."
In many ways, Israel has become the U.S.'s 51st state......or has the U.S. become the extended part of Israel? Hmm.

Double standard...You forget to mention that US vetoed 39 UN resolution condemning Israel ...But as Israel totally agrees with US policy there is no problem...so even if they are not respecting international law or human rights they are not going to be punished...How Bush said "you are with us or against us"...
US should stop supporting Israel the way they do and mind their own businesses...
PilotGal make the difference between Israel's government (what he is talking about) and the Jews (who have absolutely nothing to do with the question asked here)

Because more Jews live in the USA than in Israel.
Isn't it hilarious that you actually get called an anti-Semite for this? You point out illegal acts a nation has committed...and that makes you a racist? Wow...the people in this country are backwards.
It is truly sad that the media and the Jews in this country actually have gotten people to shout anti-Semite at the first sight of criticism of Israel.
