I wonder how much it would get punched. I know there have been some elections where I wish there was one.

I keep hearing this phrase, and i wonder, what does it mean? Has it become a synonym for "support my agenda"? Bush says it means passing the legislation he wants, Nancy says it's supporting her interpretation of the mandate the people gave her. Is it just more manipulation at the expense of our soldiers?

How is Bush's energy policy working out for you? What is it going to take to get real solutions to our energy problems? This is way to big for the common people to fix. The Federal government needs to start working out some serous solutions to our high priced energy........What do you think it's going to take? I think that the half a TRILLION dollars that we spent in Iraq would have been a great start for some serious research!!

I will ask the REAL QUESTION, since apparently other similar questions, are merely rhetorical and you actually get put down for answering the actual question...

I don't think he was a great candidate... so, how did he get so close in the ELECTION (that's how you get to the white house) against Bush (who is relevant because he won said election in discussion)?

If you have some time, try to read the report written by scientists and engineers who know about steel, buildings, strengths etc.
The theory that it was fuel from the airplane doesn't work for 3 reasons.
1. While it can burn hot enough to make steel loose its strenth, it is not hot enough to melt it.
2. The 3rd building that collapsed was not hit by an airplane so "fuel" can't explain why it collapsed exactly like the WTC.
There are other reasons that this article examines in a very scientific method.
They plan to present their findings (They are still investigating) in August.

Do none of you realize that terrorists only attack us to change our perspectives. These terrorists attacked on 9/11 to get a vote out of us that we usually will not vote for.

Be careful on who you vote for... Be very careful.

Why does no one study how terrorism has started? it started because specific assasins were able to kill, say, a king, and that would spread fear throughout the people of their next possible step to change political ideas.

The first terrorists got what they wanted because death is scary, and that is the only way a terrorist negotiates... We must understand this!

We are losing to the terrorists because we fear them. This is what they want!

When Madam Speaker Pelosi went to Syria to engage in diplomatic discussions the neoCons went nuts saying that Pelosi and her delegation (which included Republicans) were encouraging terrorists and therefor were unAmerican traitors deserving of dire punishment.

Condi Rice was just in Syria in attempting a similar diplomatic endeavor. is Condi Rice now considered an unAmerican traitor by neoCon Republicans? if not ... why not?

I really have no interest in sports event organized by my company, but am forced to attend. Most of my teammates are guys.

Is this a form of gender discrimination or am I over-reacting as some women, although a smaller % than men, are interested in sports? Am I making a big fuss if I want to ask them to hold gender-neutral events instead?

Just like electronics get old after a week, so do the stats. The numbers are constantly changing. Take a look... The truth hurts doesn't it...

the federal government taxes as much as 30% of each persons annual income. the city taxes about 10% of income thus thats 40%. thats nearly 50%. what does the federal government need so much more for, they are not the one building state roads, and state services. thus i believe the federal government should not have the bulk of the money rather states should have more money to fix the state up to grow more sources of revenues thus lower the taxes needed. the state should only give a smaller portion of income to federal government.

So I would rather consider myself single instead of divorced. When I get insurance quotes and loans and stuff (I know I have to say divorced on taxes) but on all that other stuff does it really make a difference and can it be considered fraudulent if I say single vs. divorced?? just curious if it really affects rate quotes and stuff.
