in was falsley accused of stealing and i was admittedly told i was profiled because i am black. i wrote a letter of complaint to the stores hq and there insurance company called me i dont have the money for a lawyer so i need ans ASAP

My ex and I have been divorced for 2 years, seperated for 4. We have a 6 year old daughter. We currently have joint custody, I am the primary residential parent. We had in our papers that the other parent could not move more than 50 miles away without the other parent agreeing. There is no child support, I waived that since we share custody. I am wanting to move 52 miles away back to where I am from. She will still be able to be with her father on the same days he has her now, she just wont be able to spend the night except on the weekends. Can I move? What can he do? Will he have to get a lawyer to fight me? Can they do anything to me?....please help?

my son has been attending daycare for about 3 months. When I first brought him there, I told the director that I had full custody (physical and legal) and my husband had supervised visitation, we have a separation agreement, not a court order because we are not divorced. She said it was fine, that if my husband ever showed up, she would call the police and me, and not hand him over. A few weeks later, she came to me and said she needed a court order otherwise if he showed up she would hand him over to him. I told her is wasn't possible since I am not divorced. She was rude, and told me I was wrong. So I paid a lawyer $200 to tell me I was right and if she turned him over to my husband, she would be aiding in federal parental kidnapping. My lawyer explained this to her and I thought that was the end. I picked up my son up today and the director said she kicked him out. She claims she gave me 30day notice I asked for it in writing and of course she didn't have it. Can she do this?

For the sake of simplicity and easier to administrate, we have decided to combine the 2 sick days and 3 personal day (including 1 floating day) to become 5 personal/sick days per employee per year effective 1/1/06.

Please refer to the attached PDF file for number of personal/sick day eligible according to your date of employment.

Please note that personal/sick days do not carry over if unused.

I am somewhat confused.
My council tax bill states that my bill is from April 2007 until March 2008 and that I can pay monthly by installments over 10 months, ergo, PAYING IN ADVANCE FOR SERVICES NOT YET RECEIVED!!!!!!
If I fall behind with these payments, can I legally be prosecuted / have bailiffs banging on my door / go to prison for NOT paying for services I have not yet received??
How can I be in arrears for something I have not yet had ie, how can I be prosecuted this year for not paying for my February 2008 bin collection?
Is this a breach of my human rights?
Do you know of anything else that this applies to?

I honestly would like to understand what it is that they want from the US. Is it health care? Money? What?

It just blows my mind that someone who is here illegally wants this government to do something for them. The only thing our government should do for them is put them on an un-airconditioned junky old bus and ship them back where they came from.

There have been recent protests that immigrants have started in this great nation of ours. They are demanding a way to get citizenship, saying it is unfair that we don't give it to them. Does anybody else think it is strange to ask for something like citizenship, when they came into our country illegally? They broke the rules and came into our country, why should we reward them with citizenship? What do you think?

Though I think it is pretty useless to talk about Ahmaidinjad misquote with you. But with regard to the most of answers I have got from you saying Ahmaidnejad said Israel should be wiped off the map , I have say that this is not that what Ahhmadinejad said . What he did say was that this occupying regime of Jerusalem ( not the country but the regime) should be vanished of the pages of the time( nnot earth) , the interesting part is that Israeli government has wished for the annihilation of Islamic regime of Iran even before Ahmadinejad ‘ famous statement . I am not defending Ahmadinejad since so many of my people think he who has cheated in election is in fact a traitor that with his words are giving the American government enough reasons for justification of another war against Iran . I do not if this fact make any difference in your mind but yes Iran in middle east is getting stronger and the might threaten the position of American allies in Middle east . Besides , there are many Mullahs who do not give a damn to their people , they are ready to sacrifice anything for money . Some not . Iran government is complicated and for sure their enmity with Israel is more like a friendship to me . The make it really easy forI Israelis to have America attack Iran and they would both benefit from this war . You have been told that they are Islamic and that is the reason of the Mullahs enmity against countries like America but I as an Iranian know that is lie . They are the ones who banned us not to drink alcohol beverage ,yet they are their sellers and contributor . Police in Iran is easily get bribes if they caught several kid drinking and that is all about it , It is all about money . Every thing in Iran is possible from having sex and drinking , smoking best substances with just spending a little money . You do not nothing that most Iranians do not believe in god anymore and for them all of the bullshit west says about Islam and that they want to blow for the sake of their prophet is simply ridicules . I think your government and mine know how to play with us with the difference that we Iranians know we are getting played but you Americans so far away to realized this fact .
Now you can call me a liar or whatever but this is just my personal opinion
my question , Do you think this war against middle eastern countries is just another Crusade or it might have another reasons ?
By the way Iran is not match for America even with a nuclear bomb this is not the reason that American wants to attack Iran , bring me another reason that could convince me you Americans .Tell me why my country should be bombed
