Don't know, don't care. The U.N. is one of the most corrupt institutions on the planet.
The seven articles and 27 amendments of the U.S. Constitution are a far better universal declaration of human rights than anything the U.N. will ever put together.

I do Now. Just read them ... and others. Sadly, there is no 'institution' in existence to enforce these rights. Sadly, that makes them theoretical and not actual for most people in the world.
