do companies have ins that protect them from a employee that make false accusations and slander a customer?

in was falsley accused of stealing and i was admittedly told i was profiled because i am black. i wrote a letter of complaint to the stores hq and there insurance company called me i dont have the money for a lawyer so i need ans ASAP

Talk to a lawyer and then talk to the news. If a company looks bad on camera, they will give you whatever you want.
