Yes, In general why should any country spend their citizens hard earned tax money on aid to other countries.
It should be done only if it benefits the giving country in some other way. e.g. diplomacy, support on an international issue, security etc.
As we know Palestinians and HAMAS are the most peace loving people in the world so US money must be given to them. And yes, they coperate a lot in fighting terrorism too.
For Israel, definitely no. They never support USA.

In a time when we are concerned with building democracies and allies in the middle east to hold the radical Islamic regimes at bay, it wouldn't be very diplomatically wise to cut all funding to our allies in the area. That would make less sense than an immediate troop withdrawal, and that's just about as stupid as it gets.

Israel is our ally & needs help with their enormous defense needs. The "Palestinians" are our enemies. It makes sense to support friends in need. It is stupid to support enemies.
