I am not sure. I would like to know if it is legal to arrest those who are in this country illegally if they are at such a protest. Would such arrests violate their constitutional right to assembly and petition or would these right not be valid as they are breaking the laws of this country by being here in the first place?

I would also like to point out the distinct difference between immigrant and illegal alien. An immigrant is someone who legally enters this country and intends to make this country their permanent residence. An illegal alien is someone who does not legally enter this country. I have no problem with extending most of the same rights and privileges to immigrants that citizens have. I do not believe we should extend any rights or privileges to those enter this country illegally.

What I want to know is where all of the INS and Border Patrol agents are? Seems to me that there would be no better place to pick up illegals and deport them back to Mexico than at an illegal alien protest! It would be the same as if all the drug dealers organized a protest! How much easier could it really be????

Who do you think? First name George. Last name Soros. He has his tentacles in quite a few anti-America enterprises.
