I am running and have no idea how to win. Tips? Links? ANYTHING?

1) Make cool, catchy, and colorful posters and put them up where everyone can see them.
2) Make little pass-outs on your computer and pass them out to everyone especially the people who don't know you
3) Campaign like crazy
4) Have a really cool and memorable speech. Not stuffy and boring but kinda fun. You do need to be yourself too
5) Tell everyone about what you'll do to represent them and what improvements you'll make.

Just kill your competition. No seriously. Take a page from the pros. Start rumors about how he is closet cross dresser and sleeps with all the male coaches. That he steals money from the church coffers to buy his crack. Things like that. Should discredit him enough for the go ahead win. Hell it works for the presidential candidates why not do it at the high school level?

From the liberal playbook - get students from other schools to vote. After all, who's to say that only "citizens" of your school should have a voice in electing the student council?

Find out the desires of the students and see if you can make those into a reality. Use that as your platform when you run.
Be realistic in those desires/ideas.
