when Republicans in congress went along with Democrats in demanding that Clinton remove them? If there is not a declaration of war, the War Power Resolution of 1973 gives congress the power to remove them. These are FACTS!

WAR POWERS RESOLUTION OF 1973
Section 5(c)
"Notwithstanding subsection (b), at any time that United States Armed Forces are engaged in hostilities outside the territory of the United States, its possessions and territories without a declaration of war or specific statutory authorization, such forces shall be removed by the President if the Congress so directs by concurrent resolution."

I have a friend who told me that in the next twenty years, Ronald Reagan will be concidered one of the greatest presidents to have ever held office. It had always been my understanding that Ronald Reagan had been sort of an "absent" president. However, being that I was only born in 1986, I don't have a lot of recollection as to what made him this way. It would be great, if I could get a list of:

1. His Accomplishments
2. His Shortcomings

Let me go ahead and state that I don't believe his military spending policy didn't cause the fall of Communism in the USSR, at best it slightly decreased the timetable. Communism had been failing for years. It seems it was only a matter of time before the wall came down.

Under Bush, America has spent almost a Trillion dollars to topple Saddam Hussein, just so he can settle a family feud and send some of his buddies down there to pump oil. He is using his office to make personal dealings using public funds and the military.

Under Bush, America has created millions of enemies and deep distrust even from our Allies. Millions more anti-US potential terrorists exist now than pre-9/11.

Bush has snuffed the Kyoto Treaty which is supposed to be a world-wide effort to ensure that future generations will be able to enjoy a clean, livable planet.

Because of Bush, Russia has threatened to re-arm and ignore international treaties, because Bush is ignoring such treaties and pretty much does what he pleases without UN agreements. People fear a re-emergence of the East-West conflict of the Cold-war era.

Under Bush, China has quietly surpassed the US as world's second largest exporter, only behind Germany.

All these things are happening. Bush is ruining us!

got caught driving without a licence before, got caught again a month later. im 18 now. live in massachusetts, what type of penalty am i facing? i dont mean not driving without license(card) in posession, ive never had a license.

note: not driving on suspended license. i got no penalty for first offense,just pleaded guilty. i was driving without a license, 2nd offense. not on suspended license.

with a good lawyer can i get off with just a fine?

Just a few days ago, most of you might have heard this, but if you didn't hear or read this, the Democrats made a bill and a timeline that made the troops come home by a certain date and they want President Bush to sign it.

The only question I have for all those who read this:
Do you think that the President will sign the documents (or whatever it might be called) this week?

We have known for quite awhile that we have two major self-supporting faction of Hezbolla terrorist calls functioning within the US and others in Canada.
There is the Florida based drug cartel that funnels drug money from the U S. into Canada and then into Lebanon -we know who they are and who they are in league with.
And then there are the cigarette profit mongers------they obtain cigarettes without paying full taxation therefore can make ma handsome profit selling these cheaper cigarettes online.-again that profit goes to supply weapons and training to cells across our country.
We are in danger that at any time Al Querida could call for an attack and all of these cells would then begin waging war within.--Their goal is for all of America to join Islam---or die.

I asked a question last night about the morals of capital punishment.

Many people said that I would change my mind if a member of my family were the victim.

Let me tell those people, My father was murdered in front of my mother when I was a young child for speaking up to a stranger in defence of my mother's honour.

No one in my family supports capital punishment because of this. Revenge doesn't give our father back, and having felt the pain of his death, why should we wish the same on the killer's family? They weren't holding the knife.

For those who suppor capital punishment, I'd like to point them to thebest answer to last night's question and then hear their opinions anew.
