Let's say that instead of painting the walls of my bedroom with a plain color like most of the people do, I decided to paint them with the Louis Vuitton's logo so that all the walls look like this: http://www.laist.com/attachments/la_carolyn/louisvuittoncar.jpg

Would that be copyright infringement even if I don't try to sell anything? Could I actually get sued by LV? If so, why?

This child's father has full custody but biological mother in Arkansas still has visitation rights. Recently child was placed in foster home without mothers consent/notification because of drug use in home. Does DHS in state of Missouri have this right without notification of other parent? Child was placed in home(Foster care does not know sign language, Mother was told that they can communicate with pen and paper)

Hi! I want to risk my future by going to film school in the US on the hope I'll get US citizenship, the film industry in my country is almost non-existant, I'm hoping if I do get American citizenship I can get jobs in Television, Documentaries or even films. But if I dont get citizenship I'll have ruined my life, no real careers in film in my country, so what does it take to get US citizenship? Is it too hard, almost impossible? I am not concidering marrying an American for the sake of a citizenship as an option, I have no relatives in the US, and if its about applying for a job and having my employer sponsor my greencard isn't there another option, like a solo option where I dont have to depend on a secondary party for getting citizenship? Please let me know if you have an idea

FRESNO, Calif. (AP) - When school officials announce the name of the Fresno High School prom king on Saturday, Cinthia Covarrubias will be wearing a tuxedo just like the six boys vying for the honor.

School officials this week added the 17-year-old's name to the ballot for prom king, reversing a previous district protocol that allowed only males to run for king and females for prom queen.

Gay youth advocates called it a landmark victory for campus gender expression and said they believe it's the first time in the U.S. that an openly transgender student has run for prom royalty.

I am positive we don't need or want the Government or an Amendment to the Constitution to realize that all citizens who want them for Defense, Hunting, Target Shooting, Collecting and Survival etc.. shall have them without the approval needed from Anyone, Anywhere, Anytime.. Sport and Survival and Recreation are all thats needed to be taken into consideration..Basically its a matter of FREE CHOICE AS WHETHER OR NOT TO POSSESS THEM.. The Government or no other human being or law should even be needed before one can own and use them...

if politicians who have to deal with the deaths of people they are supposed to represent can't complain,
and americans who can't pay their bills because they have to pay for a war can't complain because "they haven't been over there!"
and soldiers and marines aren't allowed to complain about specific missions or commanders
and families of soldiers can't complain according to your she-beast king ann coulter
then who is allowed to complain?
