All the good men that are capable are coming to the aid of their country... There are many ways to serve, not only through the military and their jobs are just as important.

I would say all the Good Men & Woman have come to the aid. What is left is the riff raff that only bellyaches and cower in fear.
The Crybabies, Whiners, Cowards, Armchair Generals, Bush Bashers, Hippie Protesters, PeaceNiks, and all the other useless groups are what is left..Sad commentary of our once great country. Looks like 1967 all over again and that was a near civil war....Cowards vs Patriots

My father should have came to the countrys aid -11/22/63.
Then my generation came, even getting somewhat close, we rebeled in 67 thru 72, but failed.
Then our kids were too self-indulged in good drugs to aid the country.
Now kids 22 and below, are gutless scared, dumb, and lazy. They cant help.

The rightwing complex know they will always own this country.

It should never have stopped. All the GOOD men are aiding this country and more are signing up every day but it's time for the whiners to start aiding this country instead of sitting back and letting the GOOD men do it for them.

Depends on what your definition of patriotism is.

If you believe patriotism means blindly supporting your leaders without question and without regard to whether they are right or wrong, then the answer to your question is yes.

If you believe that patriotism means supporting the fundamental principles of this country even if it means defying and questioning your leaders, then the answer to your question is yes.

In either case, the answer to your question is yes.

What did you have in mind?

I am too old to serve in the military, just a middle aged, self employed, freedom loving individual.

I serve by offering a good service at a fair price, being a good father and husband and voice my opinion to my government. It works for me.
