I would say no.
Bring your troops back . Tighten your immigration laws and spend the money on better education and health care in your own country.Tighten security for people and goods entering your country. Almost $600 Billion has been spent on the so called war on terror and lots of your best soldiers killed too.And for what?It will end soon and the US will be much worse off.
Nobody ever actually wins wars anyway except corporations that sell weapons and military equipment.Look at Germany and Japan they supposedly lost and now they are better off than the USA.

Two questions for you, what war is "brewi ng" right now? What makes you think the Guards are all used up. My Local unit just returned from Iraq with two minor casualties and a 100% re-enlist rate. The Unit is at 125% manning levels with a waiting list of people wanting to join.

The Iraq war has, so far, cost the US about $180 billion, which is roughly what 9/11 cost New York . (What will the next hit cost in $ &lives if we wait until the Jahadist have nuclear weapons???) It has also cost over 3,000 American lives, which is roughly the same number of lives that the Jihadist snuffed on 9/11.
Yes we can afford another war; maybe we should institute the draft.

Your question reminds me of the guy who ran the Patents and Copyrights Office in Washington DC, around the turn of the 20th Century. When asked a question about expansion of his office he answered somewhat, in this manner, "Why would we want to expand, everything worth while inventing, has already been invented !"
The US has 300 million residents that have not been tapped for military service! To raise a million man army would not be impossible, although it is doubtful it will ever come to that.
The US has resources still untapped. Awesome, mind boggling resources the average citizen knows nothing about.
The real question should be, that is if we really feel threatened; can we afford not to fight another war ?
In my mind one thing is certain, if we don't finish the current conflict before we withdraw our troops, we will certainly be back, in just a short time, to finish a much bigger war !

We were attacked on 9/11 apparently your one of those that have forgotten, what a surprise. The left wing nuts are always the first to forget. By the way, no one wants to go to war with Iran and yeah it cost money. It takes a left wing nut to suggest anyone in the US wants war with Iran. I'm pretty sure we'd like to show support for human rights and the rights of those in Iran to protest unfair elections. Does that sound like someone that wants war? All the left wing nuts are good for is blame, blame, blame. Even now, look at you, no one said anything about war and here you are blaming the right for wanting to go to war. You need to crawl back under that rock you've been living under.

What war in America? Sounds like someone got a little information and made it into a big thing.
I don't think there will be another civil war, if that is what you are alluding to, so don't worry about it.

America shouldnt, I supported the War going in; but we did all we can do. America needs to stop spoonfeeding the Iraqis, and the Iraqis need to step up and decide there own fate w/o the US's help

NO, we are already billions of dollars in dept, and people in Iraq are dieing left and right. If you think what happened at VT was bad imagine that happening every day, because that is what goes on over there!!! I do not have the money to pay for that! Do you?

There are 4 Million active and reserve personnel. Subtract the number in Iraq now and you decide if they are "all used up." LOL!
Don't buy the liberal hook line and sinker. All they want to do is get elected and get back in power. They will say anything to scare you.
