as a result have needed surgery to repair severe damage to fracture and have been in constant but varying pain for the last two weeks and have been told by the physio that it could be 9 months before my wrist is back to normal. I am contemplating making a claim against the owners of the nightclub. Had a few drinks before the accident but was not drunk. I am sure the owners will be very quick to point out "at your own risk signs"etc. It is my opinion that any signs in places of entertainment of the "own risk" type do not absolve the owners of their duty of care to their customers. Any sensible comments/suggestions welcome please.

Many illegal immigrants in the USA are sending a lot of money to their countries by declaring to their people at home that they do 'honorable jobs' in the USA although they are still illegal and don't have any special degree or professional qualification for earning that much money.

I wonder, is it really possible for an illegal immigrant in the USA with no specialization to earn and send so much money to their home? Can anyone give me some details on this issue? Thanks.

The elitists are trying to control the economy and technology and resources of the world.
This movement has been gaining momentum within BOTH political parties.
GHW, Clinton, GW and many others want to take the US to the Haves and the have nots.
No more middle class.
Just there peers and those who serve them---much like the Saudis.

We need government officials who have the US best interests at heart not the elite's interests.

We are all Americans and we all were born with the same rights under the constitution!!!!

The homeless person on the street is as much of American as the person sitting in the Oval office.

We need to put America first!

Now---how do we stop this move towards a New World Order?
Or a Project for a New American Century?

Go ride in a car for a night and learn about the police you are complaining about. You will learn a lot. You will also learn that police officers are human beings just like you. they can also answer a lot of questions you may have about the way they conduct themselves and why they do what they do. If you haven't bothered to learn about what they are doing then you are just speaking from ignorance.

These people and there propaganda. They say that liberals hate Israel. They say that liberals cozy up to Muslims. What would a "liberal" gain from the Israels defeat? Really think about that please. I guess they are saying that the same people who marched on Selma and the people who fought for the little guy at least in the last 45 years are the same people who hate Israel and love Islam. What kind of crack are you smoking if you believe that????

I am a liberal. I don't hate Israel. I hate the Weapon they have become to right wingers. I have Jewish friends. I can't stand what they're ancestors to restore Israel but I am sure that they can give plenty of stories of atrocities commited by muslims against them. My point is we all need to evolve and at least liberals are "liberal" at that mental evolution that is so needed right now in this world.

I'm doing a project on media influence and was wondering if it's illegal for retailers to sell games rated M for mature to minors or people without IDs in the state of Michigan. It is clear that Iran and Iraq will be working together to bring about "stability and peace" - or so they say. The US says to Iran: "Stop meddling".
But Iraq and Iran started 'conversing' many months ago. The U.S. had no knowledge of those talks until AFTER they were concluded. Be that as it may,, Iraq does need SOME regional help and apparently they both feel the need for at least some degree of camaraderie being that they are neighbors, despite their past war woes.
We don't OWN the Middle East, leastwise Iraq. Soon, they - Iraq, Iran, Syria, Lebanon, even Saudi Arabia will be sharing the same bed.
Something like the U.S. does, with Israel.
And so Iraq feigns the need for the U.S. to remain in Iraq. To root out terrorists, al Quaeda, militias, jihadists, al Sadar loyalists, etc. Saves them the ttrouble.
Of course the Middle East knows our history. They know we take pride in ourselves as the world's 'police' .
