To do so would be foolish. Civilians simply cannot see the true picture because they hide behind their cliche's and media stories. This war is not one that we started. America has been at war for decades with radical Islamists; we just didn't know it. If we stop fighting and attacking them at their roots, we are nothing more that sitting ducks. I understand the "bring the troops home" attitude, and I wish it was that easy. The fact is that until the government of Iraq is stable, we must not leave. To do so would be to invite the radicals to take stronghold in Iraq.

As a Muslims, we don't need an apology from this Israel's puppet,we know how to get our rights as well we know how to revenge, we are about 500 Million and the war now is opened wide and it will spread out so the party will get hotter, and those 3.5 Million Jews easy to smoke them out,Now I feel sorry for 45 Million of Americans who live under the poverty line,at the same time the American tax payers donate 9 Billion Dollar to this artificial state,
so please do not cry for Muslims,Cry for the poor Americans who have been fooled by their sons.

I doubt it ! but hope is always there !

but that apology can not bring iraq back to normal even for next half century !

During 10 months of iraq's invasion the US achieved what Egyptians called a miracle "it has made people regret the downfall of saddam's regime" read in an artical by 'praful bidwai'.....and this is realy a miracle that Iraqis are missing saddam's governament even who was the worse president of their history , you can judge yourself how good Bush policies are there for Iraq !

I'll second that.

Gunny Bill below - Iraq did not attack you on 9/11 so why do you feel justified in this war against people who did NOT attack you? Who asked America to come to Iraq and give people the "civil rights" that you "enjoy" in the US?
So because you where attacked on 9/11 (not by Iraq) this is justification enough to kill 36,000 plus innocent civilian Iraqi men, women and CHILDREN? This is your introduction to your "civil rights"?
Please if you are dumb enough to believe Bush's war on terror propaganda rubbish you might as well believe in the tooth fairy. Read a real news paper why don't you, maybe a few unbiased political books but don't take your information about this "war on terror" from the national enquirer.
Bush said his reasons for starting this war was weapons of mass destruction, where are they? No where so why are you still there? Maybe pipe lines, oil, power and money have everything to do with it and a "war on terror" nothing to do with it? You think.....DOH!

no man or woman could could say sorry for something they did not do. Its no longer the subsequent president's fault for this conflict. resembling it isn't my fault that individuals used to own slaves so i visit in no way say sorry for enslaving blacks. only because my Viking ancestors had Celtic slaves, would not advise I could say sorry to the individuals of significant Britain, does it? could the Muslims of united statesa. say sorry for 9/11? No, that they had no longer something to do with it. perhaps the father and mom of the adult males who flew into the towers could say sorry, yet it truly is about it. In Germany they practice babies in college to experience embarrassment about what got here about in Germany (no longer a huge deal suitable?)... no longer in reality that, yet to be apologetic, yet that they had no administration over the holocaust, so why could they be held to blame? i'm ill of this apologizing after the very truth jazz. only because human beings on your u . s ., your faith, or your race did something undesirable that you had no administration over would not advise that you ought to experience to blame for it and say sorry... and no man or woman could assume you to.

If the next president is a dem. probably. Then he/she will surrender and bring our troops home in defeat. Not very long after that they will attack us on our own soil again. The dems and Bush haters will of course blame Bush for the new attack.

NO REASON TO!!!!!!!!!! The war is against Terrorist not Muslims. On 9/11 was that an attack on the USA or an attack on Christianity? Who were they attacking?

Why should we apologize to people that attack us? Why should we apologize for trying to get people the same civil rights that we enjoy here in the USA?

I doubt it. Hopefully they're smart enough to know the info. that was passed that led to the war in Iraq. And, God forbid, its sheman Hillary, she voted for it! But my guess is that she pawns it off on the repulican party just to make herself look good. Maybe she'll even take some lessons in Arabic language! Then, she can "fit in"!

You may hope. But don't hold your breath.

Look at the issue of slave reparations and apologies for the cruelties and atrocities of slavery and Jim Crow.

Look at how Anglo-Americans have treated the Native Americans, the Chinese, the Latin Americans, the Irish, the Italians...

'Twould be the right thing, wouldn't it?
