This is focused on the Bush and Clinton administrations' refusal to investigate state judges such as out-of-control judges, who violate the Rodney King laws intentionally from the bench, or those judges who cover-up for judges who have committed such or other criminal acts, and thus become part of a criminal conspiracy also in violation of federal laws.

Some got a Tax cut. Most did not. Most Americans pay more in total taxes than 6 years ago. Republican control of Congress has helped some but not most Americans. Poverty is at a 32 year high in America, 16 million Americans live in poverty. The Iraq occupation will cost working class tax payers $2 trillion over the next ten years. We have a $9 trillion debt over the next ten years. Are you happy ?

I live in NC and was wondering what, if any, are the laws or restrictions on transporting a firearm. Remember, this is not a handgun issue, just a rifle.

Last week we were treated to a new exposé of just how fraudulent and shallow and meaningless ''Support Our Troops'' is on the lips of those in charge of spending the half a trillion dollars of taxpayers' money that the Pentagon eats every year.

The Washington Post published an exposé, complete with photographs, revealing that for every inpatient who's getting the best medical treatment that money can buy at the main hospital at the Walter Reed Army Medical Center, there are 17 outpatients warehoused in quarters unfit for human habitation.

Some of the military outpatients are stuck on the Walter Reed campus, a couple of miles from the White House and the Capitol, for as long as 12 months. They've been living in rat and roach-infested rooms, some of which are coated in black mold.

The police arrest an accused when a FIR is filed. A bail is available in many cases. A judicial custody is granted for further investigations.meaning the police can keep you under detention without any investigation. There are many cases where investigations are going on even after twenty years. What a pity! The taxpayer is footing the bill of the boarding and lodging of all the accused. What a waste! There is no timelimit for the completion of the investigations. The pending cases run into millions.Dont you think that investigations have to precede arrest and not vice versa?
There are " teach you a lesson".cases There are revenge cases. there are honour killings. If You have a hefty bank balance , even an "open and shut" case can be prolonged.wasting precious time. There are lacs of undertrials languishing in jails without any hope of justice.Petty PILs are taking up the court's time.Politicians charged with big scams continue to rule without any hindrance from the courts.God help Us.

Do you think that a much larger scale war in the Middle East is inevitable? Will this world ever be safe if the likes of Iran, Syria and N. Korea are allowed to continue on the paths they have chosen? I think we need to expect some difficult times in the very near future, how about you?

WASHINGTON (AFP) - "The gulf between rich and poor in the United States is yawning wider than ever, and the number of extremely impoverished is at a three-decade high, a report out Saturday found.
Based on the latest available US census data from 2005, the McClatchy Newspapers analysis found that almost 16 million Americans live in "deep or severe poverty" defined as a family of four with two children earning less than 9,903 dollars -- one half the federal poverty line figure.
For individuals the "deep poverty" threshold was an income under 5,080 dollars a year.
"The McClatchy analysis found that the number of severely poor Americans grew by 26 percent from 2000 to 2005," the US newspaper chain reported.
"That's 56 percent faster than the overall poverty population grew in the same period," it noted.
The surge in poverty comes alongside an unusual economic expansion."...

Make sure to choose some country with no nukes and virtually no offensive capability. You don't want innocent USA servicemen being hurt while they are just doing their job, do you.

The non proliferation treaty must be supported. If not there is a clear and present danger that the US will run out of easy targets and how is George II going to get re-elected then..
