I wonder if history might repeat itself like in WW1 and WW2.

Since Prussia is largely in Poland now, I don't think you're going to see another Franco-Prussian War anytime soon. And with that fading into distant history, especially with modern German sensitivities, there's just no real chance. Both have great training and superb equipment, but for your theoretical thinking please remember that France had the better army in 1940 but Germany had the better doctrine, and the French strategy was a straightjacket imposed by international political considerations.

Well since France has nuclear weapons and Germany doesn't I'd say France is better armed at the very least wouldn't lose any war with Germany.

The Germans of course! Not only do they have better tanks, they have an extremely well organized army and have more money.
