yeah "the left" is to blame for this war, um the last time I checked "the left" opposed this war from the start and wants the troops home now where no PTSD will be incurred. It is the Right who started this needless war, underfunded Walter Reed hospital RATS for christ sakes...

There are many Iraq vets in a domestic violence group I know of... this is the part of war people like to ignore. Deal with it and protect your brothers and sisters. One told me a story of an Iraq war veteran, age 21 who was incarcerated with him. The guards were kind to him, but the young man was very disturbed and ended up fracturing his hand and fist, pounding a wall. After falling asleep, he repeatedly woke up, shouting and cursing, "You killed my friend, - I'm gonna' kill you," and intermittently sobbing, "It doesn't change. It never goes away."

please pal, wake up.

Very few.

If there were any the news media would have made it their top story.

Besides - it sounds like you need to learn something about PTSD. The way you phrased your question indicates your prejudices.

Looks like we have an indication of how the left intends to treat people who served in Iraq.

Very few if any, as PTSD usually doesn't surface for years. Just because an individual may suffer from PTSD, doesn't sentence them to a life of crime or jail. Those numbers are very ,very low. Most PTSD causes severe depressions, not criminal activity.
