My father died 8 months ago leaving my stepmother as executor of his will. She doesn't want anyone to have anything so she is doing nothing about distributing the inheratence among the children. She wants to wait until she dies before anyone gets their inheratence. Can she be removed as executor? if so, how?

A suicide bomber blew himself, and at least 45 others, at an Iraqi University. The victims were mostly Shiite, though the attendance at the University was mixed, and again, it was a suicide bombing.

No American troops were targets, and these people had no history of collaborating with the US.

So help me here, how does us withdrawing help this situation? Is it going to be better or worse when we are not around to hunt suicide bombers down? And why?

No references to neocons, Liberals, "Cut and Run Democrats", "George's war", or any other buzz words please, I have heard enough of them. Address the issue.

for "Escort Services", But illegal to operate them. Why is it ok for the tax services to charge, to fill out and get tax papers for the escort services? Even the IRS accepts, and pays tax refunds for Escort services.. I'm confused. I know this for a fact, because i have a freiend who owns escort services and get tax refunds for them.

I am white, Anglo Saxon, Protestant. I have no problem with this at all. Obama is a beautiful, highly intelligent man. That is all that matters. Racism is a negative thing which we need to get rid of in this country.

Iran and thousands of other muslims in other places are planning terrorist attacks on England and America. All those who oppose the war are in for a big bad surprise. We are on high Alert. I have other friends in the army and they have let me know something is up when I asked them about what is going on. Now we've let the deranged blood thirsty dogs out. We have to put them back, in the ground if we have to do it. Are you all afraid now?

specific performance suit decreed for immovabale property. during pendency of suit one defendant died. one of the L.Rs was not impleaded. In E.P. the sale deed was registered in favour of the D.Hr by process of court. Now the E.P. is coming up for delivery of property. Can the L.R. who was omitted to be impleaded in the suit agitate in the E.P. court under section 47 of C.P.C that she is not bound by the decree and that her right in the property which was devolved on her on the death of the deceased defendant remains unaffected and that the E.P. itself is liable to be dismissed for inexecutability?
