I may have misdiagnosed their problem but I thought it was ENDLESS BS EMISSION SYNDROME

Its actually the other way around. Liberals know things can get better. Conservatives believe things can't improve. To mask their pessimism, they claim that there is nothing wrong and so no need to worry.
They pretend that the increasingly obscene costs of fuel, health care, groceries, and rape of their civil rights are not happening.
Conservaties have given up on improving the environment, health care, economics, and more. Conservatives are quiters. They quit because deep down they feel powerless and emascualted.
To keep up the poly anna pretense, conservatives seem to have become delusional.

Look around you. I have not been optimistic since that fool was elected. I have been alive along enough to see 10 presidents run this country, and never have I seen the likes of this one. He is an embarrassment to us.
