for "Escort Services", But illegal to operate them. Why is it ok for the tax services to charge, to fill out and get tax papers for the escort services? Even the IRS accepts, and pays tax refunds for Escort services.. I'm confused. I know this for a fact, because i have a freiend who owns escort services and get tax refunds for them.

Because they include the disclaimer "Any money exchanged is for companionship only. This is not a solicitation for sex."
That puts the burden for the sex act on the actual hooker.
