DCS drug tested my sister-in-law and her ex-husband who are in a custody battle for thier 2 kids. Both of them failed the drug test for multiple drugs, and needless to say neither of them got the kids (thank god) the kids are safe now with grandparents and everything, but my question is: my sister in law who failed the drug test for DCS is on house arrest probation for a drug felony, can DCS tell her probation officer about the results? or is the drug test confidential since her probation officer didn't personally administer it? beleive me, i'd like to see her locked up or in rehab, im just not sure what all DCS is allowed to do regarding the test results.

Liberals always seem to answer in ways that are contrary to fact. Are there special liberal text books with a different history out there?

Im planing to visit my country after 4 years I'm originally from Lima-Peru and I'm a USA resident. The only problem I have its that my Peruvian passport has my name as single and my green card as married. I contact the Peruvian Embassy and they said that I have to register my marriage in the embassy of the state i get married and they will register my marriage in Peru and they will issue me a new passport with my married name . So it sounds easy but Im currently in the middle of divorced so Im not planning to do that. My concern is if I will have problems with the immigration agents at the airport when i come back from Peru because my last names dont match. If u know someone that had travel with almost the same case let me know. THANKS

The economic record is quantifiable, so it isn't a matter of opinion. Do a little research and compare the following pieces of data:

1) THE INFLATION RATE when each took over, and when each left office (or to date, for Bush).

2) THE UNEMPLOYMENT RATE " " " " " " " " "

3) INTEREST RATES " " " " " " " " " " " " " "

4) THE DEFICIT " " " " " " " " " " " " " " "

5) THE MAJOR STOCK INDICES " " " " " " " " " "

On each and every one of these, the Clinton record tops Bush's. Clearly. This forces right-wing apologists to make feeble excuses that won't wash. If Bush had lowered inflation, unemployment, interest rates, and the DEFICIT, these same rightists who refuse to give Clinton credit for anything would be quick to give Bush all credit. What sniveling phonies!

Its a known fact Clintons and Bushes are long collaborators with ties going back to the 80s. Will this interrupt Hillary's onslaught of public perception?

I went to a local Bar/restaurant in Pittsford, NY. I was having wine and ordered soup through my waitresses. While waiting I asked my waitress to put bubble on two ladies in the bar. While they were in process of accepting my offer, the owner of restaurant came and asked me to leave.

Then I asked why? He said, " I am making ladies in restaurant uncomfortable." I insisted, " " Waitress is talking right now to them ". I did not even approach them. They are in process of considering my offer" He insisted that I should leave immidiately. In the meantime waitress brought soup.

I said to him, " This is not fair". His response was " Life is not fair.' I told him That I was going to complain police. His response was, I know them all; and go ahead. But step out of his facility.

So, frusured, I went out and from curb, I call 911. two officers came and asked me " What happened". I told him. Then He went inside and interview few people.

I just spoke to one of my sales reps whose son is returning from Iraq, minus an arm. He said that the troops his son was with call Iraq a "100 degree shithole" and that "they are wasting their time there." He also said the troops are "disgruntled". This was his 3rd tour.

I would like to read more personal accounts. Some troops who returned may not feel this way.

Countries couldn't afford post-war to care for millions of refugees.
You could argue they weren't wanted because of anti-semitism, but that's not true. So we displaced the natives and dumped them in a new Israel. Remember in the Bible, that the Canaanites were there before the Jews historically as well

A popular theme for conservative republicans is that Hillary wasn't "women" enough to keep Bill satisfied. So does that mean we should blame the victim ? Also, what's the point of marriage if the responsibility for your partner's fidelity is on you. Why make THEM take the marriage vows ? Certainly, conservative republicans are not against marriage. So why blame Hillary ?

My husband a I had been seeing one another for almost 3 years before we decided to get married. I came here legally but I did not receive an I-94 when i crossed into the US. We decided to get married while i was here visiting with his Grandmother who was very ill with cancer. I have been living here for almost 2 years now. We are wondering what documents we need to file. We went to see a lawyer who will be more than happy to help us for the sum of $3,000.00. Is it possible to do this paperwork ourselves? Who could we talk to other than this lawyer that wants wayyyy too much money?

Once there was a band of adventurers traveling throught the wilderness, on their way to a better land. One day as they went along, they started to get stung by hornets now and then. The leader of the group promised to protect them from hornets.

Eventually they came upon a hornets' nest high up in a tree. The leader of the group ordered his aides to poke the nest with a sharp stick, hoping to dislodge the nest and destroy it once and for all. But this only made the hornets angry, and sting them even more.

Some members of the group started to disagree with the strategy of poking the hornets' nest, and urged them to walk away from it. For this, they were denounced as traitors by the rest. They were called "pro-hornet", and accused of undermining those using the stick, of giving aid and comfort to hornets, even of wanting their own group to be stung to death. "If we walk away from the nest", they were warned, "we will appear weak, and the hornets will surely follow us!"

I've heard arnold schwarchennegar has signed a bill that went into effect on Jan 1, 2007 deeming it illegal to leave your dog in a car even if the windows are cracked. I heard this may only be in the summer months. Does anyone know if this has went into effect? If so can you provide a link I can give to my supervisor. Someone has parked their vehicle in our parking lot and their dog is in the car. The window is cracked a tiny bit but I think she is planning to leave the dog in there for a couple of hours. My supervisor can't do anything unless it is illegal. Thank you...I feel sorry for the poor dog.
