If this is true, how does the Canadian government afford it? I certainly wish that the US government could come up with such an ingenious idea.

The Republicans killed hundreds of thousands if not millions of people. They committed their crimes by lying to the American people. Are these not crimes not murder for financial gain with would require the death penalty?

people are going on and on about how especially hillary and obama would ruin the country, and how much democrats in general suck, and that they hate america, and on and on. You wont find a single republican talking about bush, and his integrity/character problems. I.E. the cocaine and alcohol addiction, being a failed business person, and generally making bad choices in his life and presidencey. Not to mention his wife being in a cocoon most of it after her little vehicular manslaughter incident when she was 17. Yeah, ran a stop sign, killed someone. No charges filed. Strange that conservatives stick to their guys as much as dem do, and call us yellow dogs. It strains comprehension. There is little, and I mean little difference between the two that are electable to that office.

I dont know much about the radar detectors in cars that consumers can buy or if they are accurate but why is it legal in most states. Im going to assume they work. Why would the government make it legal for a driver to likes to speed be able to have a device that decreases the chance of getting a ticket. Sooner or later wont this speeding driver cause a damage to society of himself.

A friend of mine was arrested on a misdemeaner and the arresting officer did not read him his rights when in custody.
While walking to the plice car the officer asked him a question unrelated to the first charge which eventually led to another charge.
I believe "all questioning" should be stopped at the scene and on the way to booking because he was denied his miranda warnings in the first place and this should stand for the second charge as well....right or wrong?

I think it's funny how Gore, almost won the 2000 elections( he did by population, no thanks to FL) and is now nominated for an Oscar and Nobel peace prize, and Bush likes staring wars and was nominated for the worst president even ( thats not a real award, by the way). So do you think Gore will win any of these awards and if the 2000 election were held today would you vote for him.

I'm having a difficulty understanding what the situation is in Iraq. I've looked at a couple of websites but all I read are death tolls and bombings and stuff but I can't seem to find a site that will give me the situation from the beginning so as to fully understand the conflict, and everytime I ask on Yahoo Q'As I get smart remarks against bush pro bush so on so forth but no real explanation... if anybody could explain or point me in the right direction to websites that explain from the beginning... since current even'ts make little sense because I don't know the beginning..
