Their lawyers forbid them to talk about the case.
Those promos were put in 9 other major cities.
The people in charge are just as responsible for causing
panic for not checking them out first.

Delve a bit more into the story and stop relying on sound bites.
Only Boston became scared, New York, Atlanta, San Francisco, Chicago, and 5 other cities seemed to have no problem with them. FOR the past several WEEKS!
Actually the bomb scare is due to "panic" on the part of the mayor of Boston, and the response team. One might consider that upon exploding the first "device" - with no secondary explosion- that you might inspect it, but no, over zealousness occurred and Boston was brought to a standstill.
So in order to hide the "panic" on the Mayor's, and Boston's "response-team" part, someone has to take the fall. This will go no where except to make a few sound bites and Bill O' and RushL will rant.
