What if he didn't touch a child, what if he was accused wrong, and then if something happen to him in prison and if he die in prison and then cops might say oh we got the wrong guy
then his folks can sued the State.

hey, if you want to go toward being less civilized over a criminal, why don't you just go attack his relatives and get it over with ? Why dabble around at being evil?

HELL YEAH THEY SHOULD MAKE IT A LAW THAT CHESTERS CANT P.C. UP THEY WOULD BE DEALT WITH ACCORDINGLY BE THE REGULAR CONVICTS
