Take the BigBrother incident, were people being racist, or just ignorant or were they just talking in general terms with no harmful meaning. We say stuff everyday to each other or about others but because its someone from a different country with a different culture and a few people with big mouths then certain things are concidered racist.

And its no just racism I am talking about I am talking about political correctness with everything from bigiotary, disability, sexism ageist....etc etc.


Cmone man its getting a bit rediculas, soon we wont be able to wipe the shite of our boots incase we offend a dung beattle........

Fired April 04 was only female constantly harassed alot emotional stress would go home in tears,I settled out of court May 2006 and told My atty i didn't want to have to pay taxes on my award, now Insurance Co sending a 1099 Misc form for my share after attys fees settlement of 10,000 .Is there any way I can fight this? I settled for alot less and told atty i would't sign unless it was that way.My husband also witnessed this also. Can this be prorated in the 3 years it took, any way around this any suggestions.PLease Help

It's certainly not the American public; why would we allow such problems that plague this country to go on and on and on?

Do we really believe that our best interests are at stake in the state and national arenas. Do we really believe that the decisions being made are to help or are they meant to create future employment by those making them?

today I got into a fender-bender...I was in the middle lane and had to turn left...checked my blond spot and the rear view mirror...saw a car in the rear view, but was far behind..turned the indicator ON and started entering the left lane...the car behind me didn't stop and dented mine just below the tank..the driver didn't accept his fault and further more asked me to pay for the damage....we called up police, but they said they won't come as it was a minor accident and nobody got hurt....we ended up not going to the poice (cuz of the fear of rising insurance) but we didn't get to a conclusion...he said he will give me a call after enquiring how much does it cost to get it fixed....I believe its not my fault and I got a dent, he just got scratches on front right of his car. He kept on saying that it was a solid line dividing the lanes so I am not allowed to change the lane and it was his right of way. I dont agree, he was probably speeding and he didnt slow down at all.

All the liberal states has better wealth among its citizens, the media is also very liberal often embracing their new ideals such as abortion, gay marriage and ect. A lot of celebrities in fact most celebrities are very liberal. All huge cities seems to take liberal stances, and all the small poor towns seems to take conservative ones. Does amount of wealth affect which political stances someone is most likly to take?

The state we are in is Michigan and they charge us 5 dollars to mail out our checks and to print them is this legal they just started doing it so we are charged 10 bucks a month unless we get direct despoit

when i was in the army i was luky to get posted to fort irwin
for an exersise called op 4 it was the best training i had experanced,after the gulf we were sent to fort irwin.
we never brought our own weapons we were issued with m60's and m16a2's along with anti tank weapons useing miles kit,i only wish that our own army had the same logistics and hard ware

How much of an improvement in the current situation would be required before Dems would quit calling for a withdrawal?
And if this does happen, wouldn't that make George Bush correct for not wavering to popular public opinion, and, wouldn't it also make the Democrats wrong? When you look at the overall situation, we've really not been entirely unsuccessful in our endeavors- why would it be advantageous for the US to pull out now, when we are so close to acheiving EVERYTHING we set out to in the first place? I'll tell you why- because Democrats and the liberal media can't stand to see Bush succeed, and that is sad because the new democratic government in Iraq is in place and so near to succeeding- and wouldn't it be to the US's good to give this every chance to succeed. Failure to see this through could easily create much more difficult military decisions down the road. Problems the democrats will have to deal with.

1) If the doctor goes to jail, can a medical malpractice lawsuit be filed?

2) The doctor lost his license about a week and a half after my mother stopped seeing him, will this affect a lawsuit?

3) If the doctor commits suicide, will that prevent the lawsuit from being concluded. If judgment is found for my mother, will a suicide prevent her from getting financial damages?
