As much as I love Bush, the guy needs a serious break.
I don't have a particular replacement in mind for '08 yet.

a rock , a street lamp , my 2 year old daughter get my point i am in no way a bush supporter but if he gets impeached than I'll really be scared chaney is with out a doubt smarter than bush and twice as evil it's gonna take a lot of work on our part to fix this mess he's gotton us in not to mention how we go about repairing our image most Americans on a whole are kind hearted people who enjoy our freedoms with out taking advantage of our system or going to extremes but as in every culture there are always going to be extremists and radicals so in my answer to this question if bush were to for some miraculous reason get another 4 years I'd change redency and go to Canada or Sweden or Ireland to live i can under no circumstances stand any more if you think what he is doing to other countries is bad what he is doing here in his own backyard is nothing other than riping and shredding our rights right under our noses all the while he is killing thousands of soldiers only for his own profit so no I'd rather remove my self from America before I'd let bush be my president for an additional 4 years

No I agree with the 2 4 year terms. I am not for anyone person having the power a president has for a time longer then 8 years. No matter what you do i don't think anyone should ever get a third term. I don't agree that Bush has been as bad as others i also don't think he has done everything right. I believe he has for the most part been a good president even though i fell there have been decisions i would have done different. hind sight is 20/20 and i would not want to face the problems he has to face. but no one should ever get 3 terms.

Bush has handed an government order--no longer a regulation, only an government order--that gives you him the splendid to droop elections with regards to 'emergency' and likewise provides him the splendid to make certain what constitutes an 'emergency'. many times, a president putting forward an emergency and postponing an election does no longer be criminal, whether there grew to become into an government order to try this. yet Bush has executed unconstitutional issues until eventually now and no person's stopped him. while this occurs this is going to become a precedent for destiny presidents. the super irony right it is that Hillary Clinton might develop into the main helpful president the U. S. has ever had, by using skill of making use of the precedents set for her by skill of Bush. the hassle is that his people might -create- an emergency, like a nuclear conflict or something like that, giving Bush the justification he desires to make certain we don't want a sparkling president at the instant. i think that's a risk. i'm specific Bush's coverage people have seen it. yet i do no longer think of he will try something like that. i do no longer think of he ought to smash out with it! Time will tell, nevertheless. stay tuned, it's going to be an exciting year!

Nope
I like Bush but 2 terms is the rule and that should be it.
Right now I like Huckabee.

The best two to run which never will run would be Powell and Schwarzkopf
Powell for Washington he knows how to run a show there and Schwarzkopf knows more about how to handle the Middle East than anyone else.
Both are straight shooters.

That alone knocks them out of the runing.

You gotta be kidding. Thank God that the Constitution forbids a president to serve more than two terms. And even if it didn't, there's no way Bush could win again, even by resorting to rigging the ballots like he did in Florida in 2000. His 30% popularity is too low for him to have a chance. And I truly do not believe this country could stand four more years or Bush and his deceit, lies, and war-mongering. He has made this country a far more dangerous place to live since he has been in office. The entire world either despises us or mocks us now, thanks to him. As far as my pick for president in '08, I like Joe Biden of Delaware, but I don't think he has much of a shot. From the probable candidates I guess I would vote for Obama: he is a true believer who wants change for the better for all of us--not just the wealthy like Bush.

i hate it when people bash the president of their own country just because its the thing to do. but lets not forget this guy never even won a single election. both elections were frauds. this guy has never succeeded at anything he has ever done in his entire life. nothing. everything he has
ever touched has failed . And now like its a mystery the U.S. government is all screwed up. thats why when you elect a republican it should be a smart one. not the dumbest in the bunch from the bottom of the barrell. man is this guy something else ! wake me up when hes over. thank god theres the 8 yr law. i would vote for ross perot !

Hell no. Why should we give him yet another chance to raise the deficit even higher, cause more Iraqi and American deaths, and perpetuate the hatred foreigners have for this country! He should have never been "Elected" in the first place.

Could we have Satan for his running mate ? Get real please. He was not even elected the first time. I am looking at Hagel. I would consider Powell if it had to be a Republican. Not sure about the Democratic ticket yet. Reply hazey - try again. I.E. its too far off to get serious about candidates. 2008 is a long way off. Anything can happen.

Sure, I wish the idiot had another 4 years to sink the country. In my opinion America gets what it votes for, so if we elect a mad man twice and he destroys our army and Marine corp but we're still reluctant to hold him accountable...then phuck em.
Give him another 4 years.

No because that is not the way it works. Two consecutive 4 year terms and that is it. But I would vote for the candidate that addresses the issues and does not deny the threat of terrorism
