Do you feel sorry for President Carter because his feelings were hurt over the criticism of his book?

No CNN stories pointed out how hurt President Carter was, but does have a story about the criticism...http://www.cnn.com/2007/US/01/11/carter.resignations/index.html

President Carter was quoted as saying "This is the first time that I've ever been called a liar and a bigot and an anti-Semite and a coward and a plagiarist. This has hurt me."

Weren't some of these terms (liar, bigot, coward) used toward President G. W. Bush?

Do you feel sorry for President Bush too? Don't you think it hurts his and his families feelings? Or does it not matter, because he's a Republican and in an unpopular war with Iraq?

TRENTON, N.J. (AP) — New Jersey has warned squirrel hunters near a toxic waste dump about consuming the critters because they could be contaminated with lead.

It is the first time the state has cautioned Ringwood residents — many who are members of the Ramapough Mountain Indian tribe who hunt and fish in the area — about their squirrel intake, said Tom Slater, a spokesman for the Department of Health and Senior Services.

My brother has a hearing date coming up for his appeal on his disability. The atty that was hired does not seem to care one way or another if we win or lose. Shows no interest. Is there a way to postpone the hearing and consult with another attorney? The hearing is set for Monday.
