You will get better results with a live person. Try calling the American Legion, the Veterans of Foreign Wars, and/or the Disabled American Veterans. They can help you get an interview.

Go for a walk and find a homeless person to interview. And i am completely serious about this, a lot of America's homeless population were involved in the Vietnam war.

Where do you live? Maybe you could try a local nursing home. There are plenty of elderly people there that were more then likely in one of the wars. I think I saw on the news within the past month that the number of WW1 vets were rare so I doubt you'll find one of them.

confident, to an volume you're staggering. there is too plenty greed. Too many like all of it, staggering now and don't think of they ought to artwork in the direction of a objective. extra funds is the cry of maximum human beings. they do no longer understand that each and every time they get extra funds, each little thing else is going as much as compensate. Examples of the situations: speedier communications= e mail, textual content textile msg vs head to head touch. government economic help= extra human beings working much less and having extra little ones based on the gadget coaching= no toddler left at the back of slows those able to accomplishing extra. all of it boils all the way down to getting extra purchase doing much less and not accepting outcomes for strikes.

Father and Father In law : Vietnam
Father : Korea and WW11
Grandfather In Law : Korea and WW11
mother : Vietnam
and many of my uncles and great grandfathers also...
P.S.. I am only alive because of the Vietnam War..My mother was a US Army W.A.C. Field Nurse, my father was 82nd Airbourne..they met because she was his nurse after a flight accident in Vietnam... True love spawned and they married once both of them were brought back to the United states after their tours were over.. My mother was 19 and my fateher was in his 50s..he was a career man and had voluntered to go to war, 12 tours..Unfortunatly, my mom became a widow with a baby after he passed away shortly after I was born...

Yes and no.
I know some people but no way to invite them to go to US to be interviewed.
I'd recommend, you simply go to your local legion or old folks home and ask around. They are not hard to find if you look.
Also be sensitive to the person before asking what ever questions you are planning to ask.
