Isn't Harvard in Massachusetts?

The people are not morons at all, but they do have some serious environmental problems. Massachusetts is a haven for tons upon tons of toxic waste that was illegally dumped from about 1920 to 1960. Check the cancer rate per captia in specific areas, especally around the industrial centers. Also, the state is crowded and the cost of living is extremely high. This causes stress of the population, short tempers and sometimes moronic behavior.

Well, I doubt they all are but in answer to Old Guy above....he says they've had a problem with toxic waste. Well, for sure, they have Ted Kennedy there, don't they? That's a hell of a toxic waste, now I understand what happened to him.
