I am just wondering because I'm tired of people complaining about the situation in Iraq am I the only one who remembers Septemer 11th and how horrifying that was and that this is the safest I have felt in a long time....Or that the ones who are fighting for their country should not have their efforts taken in vein this is what America is about fighting for what we believe in....And for anyone who says otherwise we have fought for every country to make this a better place I'm tired of people taking what we have for granted and for those who do shame on you....History was made from battle if you don't like it find some where else to live please I love this country and I will not sit here without voicing a opinion thats MY FREEDOM OF SPEECH!!!!

Why is it that they only countries that the world wants to attack are the arab/muslim countries? The last time i checked Nuclear weapons were among the most dangerous weapons in the world destroying nations in seconds. With arab nations being depirved of technology from the western world they cannot use the excuse that arab countries have such capability. So i assume its oil.

I m selected as a Vocational Instructor (Printing and Book Binding) for physically handicapped persons, a central govt job. scale is 5000-8000/- gross i will get around 14000/-. My nature of duties is to guide properly to all physically handicapped persons in field of printing and book binding. (a teaching job) Non transferable. Posting is in valley of kashmir i.e. SRINAGAR (jammu and kashmir).
Presently i m working as a assistant (printing) in an autonomous body at pay scale 4000-6000/- and getiing gross around 11000/- with approx all benifits of central govt.
Which is better for me for ???????

I am looking for a country where I can sneak into and have them provide me with free healthcare, free hospital care, preferential treatment in housing loans, etc, pay me welfare and just basically let me live off of their system. I am a translator hired by an agency to do a translation for a client of the agency. Long story short: the agency is making me look responsible for everything that went wrong in their project and their client is backing them up. The agency refuses to pay me and has informed me that if I were to go to Small Claims they would sue *me* for their damages (ie extra cost for review of my initial translation). The fact/truth is that I stand by my work in the conditions imposed on me to do it and I have my good conscience for me. But I am scared to go to Small Claims now!
According to the Law here in California, can an agency sue an outsider like a contractor/vendor-freelance translator like me for their own decisions, made without informing me?!
SO...should I follow my conscience and defend myself and ask a Judge in Small Claims to rule on this issue?
This is what I would like to do and think/feel I should do.
BUT...I NEED to know to which extent an agency can blame a translator. THANKS

In 1949 the United Nations played a part in kicking out the palestinians from their land and giving it to an outside force. Why shouldn't the United Nations assit the palestinian people in regaining their land (all 100% of it). If it was so easy for them to practically extradite the entire population of a country why can't they do the same thing to the invaders of their land?

There was an incident on tv. Where 3 girls attacked only one. I've seen these incidents on tv several times before. Don't you think by hanging such people.
