I intend to have a friend fund NETELLER (NETELLER.com), an e-wallet in the amount of $110, which will be drawn from NETELLER to FullTiltPoker.net one time only. We both live in Wichita, KS. If you have had any experience doing the same thing in KS, please respond. If you have had any experience doing this in any state, whether it was a positive or negative, please respond. Concerning the legality of it, please cite a source if at all possible; ANY response/input would be very helpful to me. Thank you so much in advance for your responses.

Illegal in the United States, Period. Congress passed a law barring online gambling. Sorry for being to lazy to sight my sources, but this was all over the news awhile back, parties such as pokerstars.com lost a lot income due to this passing and England has announced it would extradite criminals breaking our country's law concerning gambling.
