Treason? I despise the man but that's a biggie. How about impeaching him? If Clinton got impeached for lying about his affair (which sure didn't kill anyone), why can't Bush get impeached for lying about reasons we needed to go to war (i.e., WMD).
We should've been concentrating on the place where terrorism against the West began. Instead, he goes and single-handedly destroys a whole different country while terrorism and the Taliban regime continue in Afganistan. Yes, Saddam was an evil monster, but Bush started a war without properly listening to his policy advisors and his top generals... some of whom got demoted or forced into retirement for speaking their minds.
Plus, there's the whole illegal wiretapping controversy, where he upset the boundaries of the balance of power since he didn't get the Justice department's approval. This man thinks he's above the law. Yes, impeachment is the way to go, I think.
For the record, I'm an independent, but I'm still waiting for January 20, 2009.

Article One, Section Eight-The Powers of Congress of the Constitution says "To declare War, grant Letters of Marque and Reprisal, and make Rules concerning Captures on Land and Water;" so what part of this is %100 Bush's fault? Don't you think those good people we elect to office every year has minds of their own... Hilary voted yes, and the only reason Obama can say he didn't is because he wasn't even a senator yet. Only 23 senators voted nay, to 77 yea's... American wouldn't have even been in this predicament if Clinton was more of a man and had taken Obama (oops Osama) bin Laden out when he had a sniper in kill range. He was too busy getting busy with an intern in the oval office. If you have a leader who is afraid to stick up for our country then what will become of us? We are not invincible as clearly indicated on Sept. 11. Look at the the terrorist acts that happened while Clinton was in office and he didn't act on any of them (one night raid on Afghanistan doesn't count). People need to know that other countries hate us and will do anything to bring pain upon the United States of America.

Do you even know the DEFINITION of treason?? Seriously !! How exactly...c'mon get specific....did he betray America?
Bush didn't LIE about WMDs!! The entire world thought Saddam possessed them, available intelligence seemed to confirm that. If the intelligence reports were not accurate ( & we don't know for sure, even now) Bush acting on that info was not a betrayal or treasonous.
And who is backing away from voting to re elect Bush? Not me!! I'm a Democrat, but chose him over Kerry who DID commit treasonous acts upon his return from Viet Nam.
And what does being liberal have to do w bashing our President? I'll wager I'm more liberal on more issues than anybody else that answered this nonsensical question.
But I'm conservative when it comes around toconfronting poorly informed naive hate mongers bashing the country I love, & served six years of my life defending.
I don't agree w Bush on many issues, but I'm certain he has done more good things for this country in a week, than you have the courage to accomplish in your entire naive frightened life.

I, myself think he should definitly be tried, how ever most "AMERICANS" are brainwashed idiots that will believe what ever the Government(orTV)tells them , and unfortunatly the gullible majority thinks hes a great guy and that were really fighting a war on terror, not realizing that america has become the real terrorist, its obvious that not only did bush cheat his way to power but also was behind the 9-11 attack, boosting patriatism among the populace and giving him a reason to go to a OIL WAR!!!! and were paying 3$ a gallon for him. want the TRUTH then open your eyes and mind and turn off your TV for the truth is no longer available to the average american and justice is only available to the rich and famous(OJ Simpson, michael jackson, mike tyson, GW Bush , i.e.).its time for change the people need to demand the truth for its the only way to restore the dignity and ideals our forefathers fought for. America has become a foul and tainted entity run by a government that keeps its people disillusioned with LIES and deciet they keep the truth masked and put on the disguise of the good guy. the only way is the TRUTH, pray to the good lord, (if your a believer) for the truth, and maybe just maybe the answer to your question will come to you

No...I honestly don't think Bush ever had anything but the best interests of the country at heart. He just made poor decisions based on advice and info Cheney and Rumsfeld gave him. THOSE are the two you should probably be ticked about.

no, but when the subpoenas start flying and he is eventually found out to be a liar and having betrayed us americans I think that everyone that is badmouthing you should have their asses kicked. because you and I both know they are going to be just like all these people that claim they didnt vote for bush when we know that they had earlier stated that they did.

No that would mean Cheney would be left at the helm. Let's keep what we have because the alternative is worse.
