If you're going to Iraq then you pretty much piss anywhere. I think if you're trying to shoot someone your mind won't be on your bladder. I've shot plenty of guns and typically peeing isn't your first concern. You can pretty much go anywhere in the desert and no one will mind much.

If they are close to the target, any slight movement is potentially fatal, therefore anything like urination, itches, etc. must be ignored. As such, if a sniper has to urinate, they might try and hold it, but they probably just let it go; any kind of "holding it" might cause detectable movement. I once saw this on CSI (I think), where a mass sniper sat atop of a skyscraper for hours leaving urine and sweat residue.

Well like any other job don't you have breaks and shifts? I'm assuming when you have to pee another sniper takes your place.
