I do not know, but, unless you are a Democracy Crusader, who gives a tinker's damn if they are or not. Moreover, as long as IT jobs are being shipped over there, it makes little difference whether they are a democracy, monarchy, theocracy, plutocracy, or simply a band of svengali shivas in search of nirvana, American workers are being put out of work.

example-there is adult franchise that is people above 18 years vote in the elections and thus play an important role in choosing the parliament.
