"they only want to protect the children in the womb, but not once they're born," then show me the pro-life person who advocates using the various abortion methods (you can look them up) on babies, or other "born" people?

Im asking about a friend from bakc home in Florida. He has been going through the courts for 2 yrs now and should be picking a jury soon. He has 6 charges against - all the same basicly. I belive they are sperating them into a few different ones. Example the 3 cases to hold 2 charges. During trial will the other cases be aloud to be known? Will the jury know about the other charges or are they kept private till the next "case"?

I have a car and some one was test driving it but did not buy it . So I had to drive the car home. Well I got pulled over for going through a median two yellow lines. I didnt know I could'nt do that ,Im from a big city where you have pull out to get were you are going. anyways instead of give me a ticket for the moving violation he gave me one for my plates being expired. well I sold the car that day and I have a $75 dollar ticket and don't own the car. Now will I have to pay the 75, cause I think it is point less to buy a new sticker plate and not even have the car in my ownership. Is there a way to show the judge that I sold the car that day and that I was test driving the car. I am not trying to pull a fast one but I think I got a raw deal here.Im
moving to floirda soon and the court date is in march, am I screwed then.

that many people are on the edge and willing to take as many people as they can with them .
We have experienced Oklahoma ,and the loss of dozens of lives from home grown terrorists.
Our military ,embassy's , and foreign workers have been killed ,tortured , kidnapped and held for ransom .
I would like a clear assessment of why we have people attacking other people .
When is enough enough . When will people see that violence is not the answer .
Backing people into a corner only results in a bad outcome for all concerned .
It is policy that kills people .
Those who enforce policy are at risk of dieing to defend what .
What liberty does anyone have when freedom must be given away to the police military and government in order to provide some minor feeling of security .
We are not now or have we ever been able to defend from those who would seek to take that which we have done for ourselves without the loss of life in great numbers by the few who defend the many .

I don't get it. They call themselves conservatives, and they create the biggest deficit the country has ever seen, expanding government bureaucracy by 20% in 5 years. They say liberals want to help terrorists or they are terrorists, while their foreign policy does more to help terrorists than bin Laden could have ever hoped, and pro-lifers bomb clinics. They say liberals are stupid people who can't hold their own in a debate, and then they attack liberals as intellectuals. They say liberals are jobless bums, then they say liberals are rich elitists. They say liberals are secular heathens, then they attack liberals as bleeding hearts for wanting to help the poor and promote peace. They say liberals are anti-American, then attack liberals when they try to protect freedom of speech & religion & prevent unlawful searches & seizures. They say all these things on Yahoo Answers & then they claim liberals are losers for using Yahoo Answers. Someone enlighten me before my head explodes.

I was recently summoned to jury duty, came for three times and the judge dismissed my panel as well as others. Several days later, i found my case number to be pending on the website again. Does that mean that i have to do it one more time? I hate it a lot cuz it's waste of times, can't work, can't do anything. Why do we have to do it? This is a stupidest law to me, it sucks.

My finance lives in UK and in his early 20's he was convicted of fighting (assaut) twice and spent a year in prison. This was over 10 years and he hasnt been in trouble since. Could this hinder his chances for the K-1? He also suffers from Bi-Polar but is on meds for it and is fine. Would this hinder his chances.

my husband wants to join the national guard. i dont really want him to join anything to do with the army or anything like it. but i promised i would look into it. i looked it up but i cant find the answers to my questions. i want to know how long he will be gone (including training), would he go to war, whats the benifits of being in the guard, i want to know everything there is to know about it!
