Yes, and possibly no more valid than the WMD argument for Iraq. I will grant the benefit of the doubt to both Johnson and Bush that they really did believe what they were told, at least at the time they took action on it.

We don't need an incident to invade Iran. We need about 7 or 8 more U. N. resolutions that Iran snubbs.
