Several of the long-term posters are attorneys. Trust what BelizeBreeze, JetX, and YouAreGuilty say if they give you advice. They can be a little rough sometimes with their advice, but it's accurate advice.

There are other posters with good advice, but since you son't say what your problem concerns, I can't tell you which forum poster will be the one to direct your question to.

There are lots of forums frequented by lawyers who may give you free legal advice. However, a few things to keep in mind:

1. Free legal advice is always of a general nature. Anything beyond generalities you'll have to pay for. No one is going to do research or to review documents for free.

2. Lay people LOVE to give legal advice, too. Many of them say the most legally ridiculous things with an amazing authoritativeness. On the internet, you cannot be assured of the expertise of the person giving you advice, and they are not going to reveal their identity either -- since no one is fool enough to expose himself to a possible malpractice suit over free advice.

3. You get what you pay for.

Good luck.
