I'm not so sure that women should be allowed to be president. Women are way more emotional then men and might let our country get taken over by communists or something.

He doesn't have to, he's in charge of the military and he can do with it what ever he pleases as long as it's not illegal. You might say that the war in Iraq is illegal, but unless the Constitution specifically says he can't do it, he can. This is why Congress is only taking a symbolic vote about whether or not the President should do this. I guess what I'm trying to say is this is not undemocratic, regardless of how you feel about it.

George Bush killed more citizens in iraq than Saddam Husseinn.

Bush says: ''Hi, I will give you freedom!'', and then, the freedom converts in death of kids, ancients and pregnants women on Iraq floor.

Bush is a killer, a demagogian guy.
Bush must be condened, because his excuses to invade Iraq are false, just for money and oil.
Why do you believe him?

Bush win money with the guns-businness, and the USA-citizens pay by this.
USA will not have sureness: when Katrina destroy you, Bush do not protect you, because Bush is not interested in USA safety.
Bush needs your affraid like excuse to invade another countries, augmenting the guns-bussinness for him and his friends, and take in non-legitime way de natural resources of another countries, through despotic and sistematic kills.

my daughter has a baby out of wedlock. The baby is currently on medicade by requires numerous medical proceedures. There are more and more doctors not accepting medicade. I suggested that her father(whom she lives with) get legal guardianship of the child and carry the baby on his insurance. What is the definition of guardianship, and is there any other way to accomplish this. The biological father is not too happy about this, even though my X supports all of them.

Here is what the Supreme Court said in 1947. I'm going to enumerate these sentences, which the Court itself did not do.

"The 'establishment of religion' clause of the First Amendment means at least this: (1) Neither a state nor the Federal Government can set up a church. (2) Neither can pass laws which aid one religion, aid all religions, or prefer one religion over another. (3) Neither can force nor influence a person to go to or to remain away from church against his will or force him to profess a belief or disbelief in any religion. (4) No person can be punished for entertaining or professing religious beliefs or disbeliefs, for church attendance or non-attendance. (5) No tax in any amount, large or small, can be levied to support any religious activities or institutions, whatever they may be called, or whatever form they may adopt to teach or practice religion.

(Two more sentences to come in just a moment. ......)

My friend he's 30, and he's my boyfriend, we've been dating for about 4 months. I live in pennsylvainia and I believe the law is anyone under the age of 15 it would be statatory rape, but the problem is, I have a friend whos friend is also 16 and she got pissed off at her boyfriend so she told him she was ******* around with the one guy which was my friend, he got jealous and told his friends who told her mother, who told the cops, this is the second night in jail, I just found out today when I got no call from him yesterday because he always calls me I knew something was wrong. His bond is 50,000 dollars straight up, If she is 16 then could he get in alot of trouble? I'm 16, and I'm his girlfriend, and I know it's not true that they were messing around because whenever he's not working he's with me, when he gets his schedule he tells me so I know he's not lying. What should I do? will he get in trouble? No one knew where eh was untill I was able to contact someone who heard about it.
