If you want to get off with a good start
it will be good to explain what happened
that way the potential boss will have the correct facts & not just some gossip that may happen!!

t doesn't hurt to be honest.just let them know that you are a changed person.you don't want them to find out by another source. If you don't have a serious charge with a felony, once you turn 18 make sure your parents take you to the courts so they can change the record for a clean slate while you are an adult.

You have to answer the question on the application honestly.... it usually says:

Have you ever been convicted of a felony?

if its on the application and you fraudulently say no. then what? there should be a line that says if your answer is yes, please explain.
