Well, he's not "lending" us down a path of destruction but he does seem to be borrowing a lot. Re; The National Debt.

A path of destruction is when islamic terrorists create vast fear and destruction through their attacks on the US. President Bush has prevented this by fighting them in one of their homelands, Iraq.

i really don't think so. you may not be happy about how hes going about things but realize hes doing the best he can for the united states its his job to do that. if the liberals/democrats (i realize they aren't entirely the same) gave him some more time and leway i believe we can seriously win this war and the iraqis will be able to get on their own feet to take care of there own government. if we indeed do accomplish that feat it will be a great stepping stone and we will be a hell of a lot closer to world peace than ever before. thus that will leave us with one less enemy and one more ally in the fight on terror.

It is definitely possible. But he alone is not solely responsible for the rubbish in which has happened, will happen and will continue for the Usa. I think the Usa has had a long past. A very long long past.
