My girlfriend's newphew was set up by a confidential informant in which a purchase was made for one 8 ball of ice. Immediately after the purchase officers bombarded the motel room without a warrant. The informant left the motel door open but contraband was not in plain view that could be seen from outside the motel room. Did probable cause exist to enter the motel without a warrant after the purchase was made by the informant? (who at that time was not yet previously deemed reliable) I do not agree with the sale of illegal drugs I just believe that under the circumstances her nephew could have all evidenced suppressed under the fruit of the poisonous tree doctrine. Does anyone have any advise to help settle this dispute between me and her nephew's grandmother?

In the Infantry of the USMC, the way Ive heard it, most Infantry jobs carry around and help the other MOS's when theyre not in combat. Like riflemen carrying and helping set up machine guns w/ the Machine Gunner and that kind of thing. And the riflemen having to help maintain the machine gun while in combat and all that.

Having said that, what other responsiblilties does the MOS 0351 (Assaultman in the USMC) have besides maintaining, carrying around, and operating the SMAW?

do many still say that raising the minimum wage will result in job losses? Oregon continues to have an economic boom and Oregon's unemployment is 25% lower than it was in 2002.

The war propaganda machine ditched her like a hot potato when she called BS on them and told the truth about her ordeal. So they made her a footnote. Persona non grata.

That's why I just love the military.

Their murder rate was among the highest in the country per capita, pre-Katrina, and it appears it's getting that way again.

Will they never learn?

An owner of a deli in mycity is being sued for religious discrimination after he recently fired a Muslim for not being able to perform the job he was hired for. The owner hired the Muslim, not asking his religious affiliation (because it's illegal) and wasn't aware that Muslims cannot handle pork products. The job, was to cut various lunchmeats, prepare and serve various foods, most of which contained pork products (ham, bacon, sausage) or things like shrimp and crab. The employee refused to handle these products claiming it to be against his religion. The owner even provided him with rubber gloves so his skin wouldnt contact the meats. But, the employee claimed a thin peice of laytex didnt keep out the "uncleanliness"

Now, I am not an authority on Islam but there are quite a few Muslims here that own delis and handle pork products even if they dont eat it. Was this employee wrong or was the owner wrong for fiering him? How do you think the court will rule?

Especially with the free medicine planned for CA. I mean what more communist than a medicine and a hosue and equal pay for all regardless of education?

Why does the press not address the issu ethat we are now communist?

I have just about had it with conspiracy theories. Someone emailed me the link to the video to Loose Change. I watched it, and then I researched Dylan Avery. Turns out that this guy started writing this as FICTION. Then some fanatic found out about him and led him on a merry dance.

Dylan Avery said that there was no debris from the Pentagon hit, and yet I found plenty of pics of debris around the Pentago.

While I accord Bush a lot of errors, I refuse to admit he is smart enough to plan something this high scale.

Why is Congress so eager to normalize the killing of unborn humans for their body parts? What sort of grisly mindset compels these legislators to believe it’s ethical to kill one human to benefit another? Is it because the embryo can’t donate, scream, protest, or picket? How can a civilized society accept the high-tech cannibalism involved in the deliberate killing of a human embryo to harvest its parts?

Perhaps our Congressmen should research the horrific practice in Communist China of killing political prisoners for their body parts. The same logic applies to the killing of unborn embryos for their parts. Does anyone have a good answer? I don't want my tax dollars going to fund this practice. There if enough private funds (BILLIONS) available for this. Thoughts?

During the last Presidential Election: Did you vote for the candidate you chose because that was the one you felt was best for the country/representing your interests? Or did you vote for that candidate because he was the lesser of the two evils?? If it was the lesser of the two evils. why didn't you consider a 3rd party candidate? Did the electoral college factor in your decision to only vote for Kerry or Bush?

So here's the REAL question I have for you:
Did you only look at a candidate based on their probability of winning or because you truly felt he was going to do a great job as President?

(I'm trying to test out my theory that if the electoral college was not a factor, more people would vote for a minor candidate).

Besides the argument that it's her body, that may be the case but the fetus developing into a human baby is not HER body it is the fetuses body. If it's a case of rape, incest or medical condition, the truth is that they are in the small numbers, most of the abortions are not rape, incest or medical condition related. We are talking logically here so do not include religion in this, but what gives a woman the right to abort a child when it is not a case of incest, rape or medical condition?
