I remember 2 years ago, when US people was criticizing france to not enter in the iraq war.things have changed, right?

now it is sound after losing poorly this war, you would like to step back and ask your self why? why we didn't do like france...can we go back in the time?

isn't it better to be a coward, instead to be in this deep s...t with no exit?

how do you feel to be a US citizen and having blood of innocent people on your US flag?

I'm a 29 y.o. male. I have a B.A. in pol. science from the U of Missouri. I received it 6 years ago. Since graduation I've worked a few 'jobs' unrelated to the degree. I took the Foreign Service Exam for the 1st time this last April. I didn't pass. What would you recommend as an alternative to the State Department as a career in international relations or similar? I'm not interested in the military, etc. I'm getting to the age where I feel I should be pursuing a 'real' career that I'm interested in and I'm not sure what to do. Recommendations?

Address this one fact please ,rationally re 9/11?
This is a pic of one of the columns at WTC.Nobody disputes its authenticity.
.
It clearly shows a cut core.15years as a diver and steel worker and I can assure you ,that is not a torch cut. However it is ENTIRELY consistent with set directional charges used in demolition.

People say"oh well ,that is only one column" mY QUESTION IS how many columns would it take to convince you?If explosives were not used ,that cut column has no business being there now does it?
The FEMA investigators were not even allowed on site and the steel was taken away and sold as quickly as possible. To Baosteel in China at 25% below market.WITHOUT BEING EXAMINED WHICH IS LAW IN new york state where fire occurs in highrise steel fires over 10 stories

Can CT police trump the 4th Amendment to the US Constitution when spotting a van in a no-parking place by entering it, rummaging through glove box to find registration, issuing a $75 parking violation citation and leaving ticket and registration on dashboard inside car?

Isn't an automobile an extension of one's domicile to some degree requiring probable cause before the police may enter? Or is a car seen as some sort of public conveyance operating with state permissions on public property with fewer rights than a home, with regard to entering it without permission, knowledge of owner, court warrant, or probable cause?

If CT law does allow this behavior, isn't such a law pushing at the limits of the US Constitution's 4th Amendment.

Would appreciate only knowledgeable respondents, please.

Thanks,
Jack

The Xerox Corporation has a website in which you can send a thank you card to a member of our armed forces. It's free, and there is no limit to the number of cards you can send.

Thanks in advance, for taking a minute to send some cheer to our men and women in the military.

Let me first say I feel nothing but heartbreak for all our young men and women killed in the line of duty and feel pain for the loss their families and friends must face! However. . .that being said. . . Cindy Sheehan is a loudmouth blowhard who I'm sure her son were he here today would smack upside the head and tell to shut up! Nobody FORCED her son to join the military. . .unlike many countries where military duty is MANDATORY!!! Where were all her complaints when her son was simply a soldier in training receiving numerous military benefits and financial compensation??? Why is it that numskulls like her have no problem with their children training to be soldiers and receiving benefits for such. . . but as soon as they are actually called upon to BE a soldier they have a cow? Cindy Sheehan needs to shut her fat yapper and stop disgracing her deceased son! War is hell and any death is tragic but give it a rest you blowhard!!!

To those of you liberals who have been calling for Bush's impeachment, resignation, and/or prosecution regarding the warrantless wiretapping, what is your opinion of the Clinton administration spying on Princess Diana's phone calls without permission from the UK government? Was Diana a threat to US security?

Will you now be calling for the prosecution of Bill Clinton? How about Congressional investigations?

Why is she even a valid candidate? What merit does she have to become the president of the United States? The only merit she had to get in the senate was being Bill Clinton's old lady.

I'd prefer if only Democrats answered this, but others can feel free. Now of course, Obama has not declared that he will run for president, but I would like to know if among Democrats, would his race play an important part in voting for the Democratic candidate? In addition, if he were selected as the Democratic canditate for president, do you think that this would make the Democratic party lose strength and another Republican president will be elected? I don't know what to think about him, personally. I know that he has a lot of appeal to the African American community, and his meetings have been sold out. Is this due to curiosity or is this genuine interest from actual supporters? What do you all think?
