You may want to direct your question to the Indian Government. This site is primarily roamed by people who are under the jurisdication of the US Govt. even tho it doe not specifically say so.

From your ID, I am getting the clue that you are an not referring to the American Indians but India. Correct me if I am wrong.

I don't think there is one thruough the government but usually you can prove your heritage to a certain tribe and they will give you an identity card. You can then use that card in order to sign up for specific grants and scholarships. Look on the internet for information and citizen groups for a specific tribe.

You have to prove your geneology through a tribal elder and then they recognize you as a legal member of their group.

Contact your local tribe leader.
