No, I believe the word they use for that particular population is "victim".
Calling them racist would contradict their Minority First philosophy.

Dare they call Colin Powell or Condi Rice racist?Wasn't Lincoln a Republican;And they have the audacity to call conservative Republicans racist?Does their tolerance only extend to liberal blacks?Who said that all blacks must think the same?Have they no God given free will and brains?I,white, would for Powell or Rice any day.

Actually, I don't think that all Republicans are racists, but some certainly are. A good example would be Trent Lott, who has been seen hobnobbing with people who are prominent in white supremacist organizations and has said that the country would have been a much better place if Strom Thurmond had been president.

The Dems never had a Black Man or Woman in any position of power,, Ever and then thay are running Obama Like he is 100% Black ( he's half white) and a southern Black to boot! His Family is not of Black American Slave Stock! Run Condi and Powell on a ticket and let's see who the real Bigots are! 60 years the Dems have used that lie!
