I'm sorry, sounds like you are going through a very difficult time...I wish I had more advice for you, but unfortunately I am not sure of the laws where you are. I would probably close those accounts though...I'd say she would be able to get at least half of the money in them if they are still on record. Take that money out and hide it somewhere safe until all the proceedings are over. When my sister divorced a few years ago she was even granted a percentage of her ex husbands retirement. So, the less money they can prove you have, the better off you will be. I don't think running away would be wise, unless you want to leave the country I guess. GOOD LUCK TO YOU!

you at the instant are not working from this one. be sure you have a very good criminal expert and do as you're instructed. She is entitled to 0.5 of each thing regardless of whether or not she labored. That sounds unfair yet, 1k a month for help on what you're making isn't that undesirable a deal. i may well be very quiet bearing directly to the stashed funds, do not even attempt to place it in an account and watch making massive purchases. the only you have interior the 401 (I haven't any concept what that's) yet while there is any checklist she ought to get her palms on it besides. the properties may well be bought and the loan paid off and something chop up that would clean you of the loan money, you are going to be careful however as she could nail you for a place to stay because of the fact that that's what she is used to. Divorce rules are meant to be honest, yet once you are not getting a criminal expert fairly much as good because of the fact the only she has you are going to be able to finally end up in difficulty. working stands out as the top of you.

Lots of unanswered questions here. How did she manage to sell $35k in community property after the separation? When you file, all assets are frozen....that's s violation of a court order. Why was she granted a restraining order against you going into your house? Is there domestic violence you haven't mentioned? Is FL a no-fault state? If it is, you will have to pay spousal support after all your community property is divided. If it's not, then you have a major fight on your hands.
You better have a good lawyer.

If you leave her the house and condo , she can sell the stuff and live comfortable .dude , get a good lawyer. You are going to get took for a ride. She sounds like a Bit*h. So sorry for the pain you are dealing with. tell the lawyer to ask if you can sign over the stuff and book it. can she force you to keep her up if you move out of the country? Canada is pretty great.

I want a job making $100k a year without even knowing how to spell or write well. IF this is a legitimate question, I'm sure theres a lot more to this than you're stating. Stay and pay. Why have to look over your shoulder for the rest of your life?

well, it's sad but true, you can't outrun the law, they will catch you, sooner or later. Better just face the music and get it over with. Or cash out and leave the country, say bye-bye to all your friends and family 'cause you can't come back! If there is enough $$$$$ involved they can still extadite you back to the U.S. better check it all out before you split.

You have been married 24 yrs. You need to do this legally through the court system. I can't believe you're only paying $1,000 a month, that's nothing. It should be half & half til she gets a decent paying job.

Liquidate ALL your assets, grab a plane to Costa Rica and you can live like a king for little money. Just don't conspicuous. Live a simple lifestyle there. If you stay in the US, your wages will end up being attached. Went through this myself years back, trust me when I tell you, either pay it or leave the country.

Take your cash and run. I have been divorced 4 times and I have found they cannot do anything to you if you take money our of an account with your name on it.
Get a good lawyer.
Possession is 10/10ths of the law
Get and account in another state and don't let anyone know you have it.
My ex ran out owing me alimony and no one would help me - some years later I tracked him down and got most of it.
